Doug and Lee were both great to work with and made the process super simple. Even though I was purchasing a rather low price vehicle, they did not hesitate to resolve an issue with it prior to selling it to me.

Good communication at first. Then nothing. No info. No call back. So I decided to go to a different dealership.

I just wanted to share our experience with Dependable Used Cars. We purchased a vehicle from them in Nov 2023, that evening the check engine light came on and started flashing. We brought the vehicle back the very next workday. Within a day their service manager called and said the issue was fixed and it was ready to be picked up. The issue was not fixed, the engine light started flashing and the vehicle was stalling again that same day. I brought the vehicle back a second time, the next day was told it was fixed and we can pick it up. Well the check engine light was flashing and the car was stalling by that evening. When we brought the vehicle back a third time they kept the vehicle nearly 3 weeks then told us that they are not able to fix the vehicle and don’t know why the check engine light is flashing, and it pick it up. To add to the frustration, we paid for the extended warranty and the warranty company still has not received the payment and it’s been well over a month.

I have purchased multiple vehicles here over the years and none of them have let me down, Very Comforting in this day and age. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. I see they sell New and used RV's as well. May have to go check those out as well.

I originally was trying to get finance for a Ford Taurus it took the salesman two weeks to get back to me that's with me calling him everyday kept hearing waiting on the Bank. Now I have totaled the car payed it off with the service contract I was told it will take up to 60 days to get check from Them it's been 120 days still Nothing I am going to call attorney because this seems like this is the only way I will get my money back will never ever purchase anything from them again

Lee was very easy to work with and was very courteous in the purchase of my 2016 Nissan Sentra I purchased in the past week.

Kanuri the African American sales man sold my mother a horrible car. The car was glued together with super glue. When my mother addressed it with him all he did was talk over her and interrupt her. When I called to report him to customer service all they did was talk over me too. This man has horrible customer service and an even worst attitude. He claimed he didn't know the front bumper was being held up with super glue, and when it was addressed he tried to place blame on my mother and say that it was the result of an accident she had been in. He is rude, lazy, and refuses to accept responsibility for selling a lemon, but marketing it as in good condition. I want nothing to do with this place and will never purchase anything from them ever, because I see how their staff treats customers. I have posted the same review to Google reviews so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.

I bought my new vehicle from dependable used cars and Kanuri made the whole experience extremely easy and enjoyable!! Living out of town he made sure that everything was ready for us when we got to town and all we had to do was test drive the vehicle when we showed up! Definitely will use them again if we need another vehicle!!!
