A huge thank you to Tyler Gordon Mobile Service technician for efficiently replacing the battery in our 2017 Ford Flex. Tyler was professional, arrived promptly for appointment and completed excellent installation of new battery replacement. we are very grateful and highly recommend the mobile service at Ford Friendly Dealership in Monroe. Took care in for a trouble light, they damaged the

Took care in for a trouble light, they damaged the bumper,and tried to cover it up. No call from service dept. even when car was done. They fixed the car,but I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't stopped in to see what they found wrong with the trouble light. Car was already in body shop. Only thing Friendly there is the name. I'll go out of town from now on.

The Dealer works well. Ford does not communicate with Dealer or customer on the waiting for build schedule.

Friendly Ford New Car Sales Review

?Outstanding?. Mike Brown, our sales person, was outstanding in finding a vehicle that we wanted from another dealer and was available for pickup within 24hours! Friendly Ford explained all the features and function's in detail & service department phone number if we had any questions after we drove the vehicle off the lot. Friendly Ford always responds to any questions we have even while we are on vacation. Thank you Friendly Ford!

Excellent!!!!!!!!

I called to see if I could get help with water in the cabin of my SUV . Having already paid a different detailer that took my money and left me with the problem still. Carol was wonderful during our phone conversations. She arranged for me to bring my SUV in to meet Carlos the detailer. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He went more than the extra mile to make sure that the water and mold issue was resolved. Honestly I received the best customer service that I have had anywhere. Thank you!!!!! Sherry
