I have a 24 Prius that had 7000 miles at the time I needed a more heaver car to pull a trailer. I got a rav 4 The rav 4 was supposed to be around 35k I owed 7 thousand on my Prius with a 160 per month payment. After trying to figure out what I thought should be simple math I ended owning 24000 on the tab 4 a a 450 payment for 7 years. My wife went over the contrary and went crazy she made me take back the rag 4 and get my Prius back Well that’s not going to happen I ended up paying 25000for my Prius with a 400 a month payment for 8 years if I see this loan through. It will cost me 35000 for a car I only owed 7000 on try to figure that math out They took advantage of me because I am old (73) but the trick math they used is very hard to figure out. It revolves around the number 7 I’ll be lucky if I can keep the car. To me how can these people people explain to their kids when they ask what they do and they say I’m a lying con man that takes advantage of people for a living I checked the consume investigation resource and the bbb and they could only come up with 3 reputable dealers in Alabama and our solders are being killed so people can be feee to do this kind of business

I doubt very seriously if you’re going to do anything I lost 18.000 dollars I can only try my hardest to help people from making the same mistake through social media. I had a lawyer look at the paperwork and he said I was really taking advantage of. Unfortunately I don’t have the funds to take it any further it is just horrible how many people get ripped off by car dealers. Daphne auto group. Are they even Americans

They sold me car and the don't have the title in their possession. Now I am on my 2nd temporary tag, which is about to expire, I NEED MY 3RD and I cannot get ahold of anyone. They keep transferring me and dropping the calls!!!

My daughter recently had service completed on her Toyota
My daughter recently had service completed on her Toyota Corolla at Eastern Shore Toyota. She purchased the car new from Eastern Shore in 2023 and preferred to have routine maintenance completed there. Unfortunately, her service was exceptionally disappointing. She was asked three times about replacing the windshield wipers. Each time she declined. When she went to pay for the service she found that the wipers were on the invoice for $50.98. When she stated she told them not to install the wipers three times she was told, "They've already been installed but maybe I can find a discount code." Additionally, the cabin and engine air filter were replaced at a cost of $111.85 without her consent. The owner's manual shows replacement of those items at 3 years/30000 miles rather than the 15422 miles she has on her car now. Finally, a "Customer pay shop charge for repair order" was added at the end of the invoice for $37.55 almost negating the "coupon" the service adviser was "able to find" to offset the cost of the wipers. The invoice had the supervisors name and email requesting contact "If for any reason you feel that you have not received truly exceptional service today please contact our management team." I emailed the supervisor a week ago but have yet to receive a response. It is very disappointing that Eastern Shore Toyota facility ignored her request to not install wipers and changed filters that are not required by Toyota to be replaced at this time. It appears the service department took advantage of someone with little experience in this area.
