Kia's Pull Ahead Lease Program was an effective way to terminate one lease and move into another. Overall the service was excellent with the sales team staying after hours on our initial visit. Destination Kia certainly lived up to being an award winning dealership. However there is always room for improvement. On the day we picked up the new vehicle we at one point waited for 45 minutes with very little interaction. Also as mentioned in a previous review I too was blindsided by the finance manager's explanation of the service contracts which altered the monthly lease payment. I would have expected the sales team to have prepped me for that conversation. On the whole a quality car leasing experience.

He showed me the wrong car price. Try to call the expensive price although the car is basic options. So bad experience!!!!! I cannot believe any dealer at all at Kia.

The process was very long -arrived at 8:30 left at 1:00 the finance dept thru us for a loop with there extra cost for contract when you turned in your lease that was a surprise should have told us before. Peter karrion was a great help to us in finding a car we can afford.Matt helped too he was great too.

My overall experience at Destination Kia was great. I knew Kia was really my only option for a low priced new car. The warranty can't be beat and the quality is on par with other vehicles in the respective classes. I didn't want to rush into signing away a bunch of money and Stephenie never made me feel pressured. We talked about a few options over the phone and she had them ready for me when I arrived. She was calm and knowledgeable about the cars. With my limited budget she helped me find the perfect car. The manager Shaun went out of his way to make sure I was being taken car of and Matt, the finance guy, got me a great interest rate with having "zero" credit. If you or someone you know is looking for a car, Destination Kia is the place to go. I purchased a Kia Rio with a 6-speed manual transmission and it is so much fun to drive! Its nothing fancy but it is exactly what I needed.

This is my third optima I have leased with these guys. I had not planned on re-leasing a new vehicle each of these times. However, the deal was too good to pass up. This most recent experience was excellent. The sales individual I dealt with was very knowledgeable. We were unable to come to a deal initially. The sales person called me a few weeks later and was able to put together a great deal for me. I couldn't pass it up. He was also able to put me in a more expensive car with more options. I have definitely recommended this dealer in the past and will continue to recommend them. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I was referred to KIA by my boyfriend Husani. I obviously went with him in the purchase of his new 2015 KIA Sportage vehicle and I must say, I loved the experience. Peter Karian was our sales person and he did a tremendous job in satisfying us and ensuring that we got the best car we needed, best price, and best down-payments. Because of his service, due to some circumstances that I had to get a car of my own, I decided that I wanted to get my first car from KIA and having only Peter being my sales person. The first car I looked at and was close to getting was a 2012 Suzuki Kisashi. Unfortunately, I was denied of the car because of my credit score etc... I thought that everything was over for me and the possibility of my getting a car was slim. However, Peter pulled through and was able to get me a BRAND NEW CAR! I was more than excited to hear the news. A new car, lower payments, good price, and a satisfied customer. I loved Peter's service and I would recommend anyone who is going to Destination KIA to go to Peter. He is the man for the job!

Leased a new Kia Sorento and had a good experience. The sales person was very good and knowledgeable as well as very attentive. This was our first car buying experience here. I would recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership and suggest that they deal with Peter Karian. He is a very good sales person. Pete is a good guy. I know I would return again.

We have been faithful Toyota owners for many years. My husband had been reading good reviews about the 2015 KIA Sorrento so we decided to have a test drive. We were set up with an associate named Matt Grayson and the whole process was a breeze. I loved the car, and the options that came with it, and they were able to work with us on the monthly price. I can't recommend Matt enough. He was friendly, very knowledgable, and even worked around our schedule for pick up of the vehicle. He has also called to make sure we are happy with our purchase. We will be back to Destination KIA when the time comes to trade in or up, again!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership thanks to Peter Karian who was extremely patient and very accommodating. Since my purchase, I have had numerous questions, and Peter continues to make himself available at all hours of the day. This is something I really appreciate. I came into the dealership thinking I was wasting my time because I have been always turned away for credit reasons. I met Peter Karien and explained my situation. Before anything he offered me refreshments and a seat which made me feel very welcome. I think that was a first being treated like a priority and not a sale. He said I'll be right back after I explained what I wanted. I waited for 2 min and he came back with keys to a 2011 Kia Forte. He then took me out to test drive the car and right away i knew that this car was exactally what I was looking for to the t. I was surprised at how new the car was and thought this is to good to be true, that no one would finance a 11,000 dollar car with my credit. He assured me everything was good and said we can have this ready for you by the end of the day. Well to cut to the point they fought for me with seven banks and succeeded getting me financing and also got me a great insurance rate thru geico. I mean I have never experienced this in a dealership ever. I thought it was a scam but knew it wasn't when I was signing the loan paper work. I just want people like Peter karian to be recognized because in my eyes this is what all dealerships should be doing for people who need help. Yes there are bad people but also ones that made mistakes and need someone to take a chance and help them get what they need. I am so grateful and will go back to Peter karian for my next car and recommend my friends and family to go see him. He even gave me his personal number in case I couldn't get through to him at the dealership. Great job Peter I'm a raving fan.
