Fantastic Service!!!
Last week my husband and I went to check out the the different model kias to see if it made sense to trade my kia soul in for an upgrade. We were approached by Peter Karian and he was extremely helpful with finding the type of car I wanted. Two days after our initial visit we went to pick up my new car. My husband had also thought about making an upgrade but wasnt really looking. He ended up finding a car, test driving it and purchasing it the same day as me. Peter went above and beyond for us and I will recommend him to any of my friends or family that are looking for a car in the future.

Sales experience at Desintation Kia Mike Rushford
Entire team at Destination Kia on Central Ave in Albany, NY was excellent! Specificallly, Mike Rushford, my sales consultant, was outstanding. He was personable, professional, courteous, knew his product and provided my wife and I with a first class sales experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and more specifically the finance team and Mike Rushford.

Great experience.
Stopped in after spending several weeks deciding on the Kia Sorrento. Stephenie Sangster was my salesperson. Knowledgeable and very friendly, she immediately found the specific LX/V6/AWD w/convenience pkg and went through the vehicle showing me everything and then explained the safety and warranties while test driving. Came back and within minutes we were in agreement on price. I had been to five local dealers, and Destination Kia just has a completely different feel. More customer service oriented, people are trying to please you so they can keep your business, not just make a quick deal. Highly recommend Destination Kia and definitely asked for Stephenie. Highway robbery
Don't have service done to your car here I brought mine in cause my door latch on my door would not close they made me pay $99 just to look at it to tell me that the door latch was internally broken and they would have to order a new one and install it for over$200 I brought my car home looked closer at the latch and seen it was full of dirt and grease alittle wd40 and he latch was fine when I went back to destination (ripoff ) kia they said they would not refund my $99 after I had told them there technitions had miss diagnosed the door latch saying it was broken when it was only gunked up with dirt what a scam I even talked to the manager habeck and he refused to give me back my money don't go there it's highway robbery!!!!!!!!!!!

A life-long Honda owner but I switched to Kia!
My husband and I just stopped in one Saturday and were almost immediately greeted by Peter Karian. What a lovely young man... knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and very responsive. I really liked the Sportage - about the same size of my then current Honda CRV. I was looking to purchase a "lightly used" certified vehicle and was promised that one would be in that night. Sure enough, while we were at Lia Honda (doing our due diligence), Peter called indicating that it had arrived. (By the way, the entire half hour that we were at Lia Honda, not one person approached us to assist - I even went into the dealership to use the restroom and had to hunt someone down to answer my questions.) I still believe that Honda is a quality vehicle (I've been the happy owner of many), but having bought the Sportage, I'm now also a huge Kia fan. The Sportage is actually a "more solid" ride - it feels safer, and has a roomier interior. Comparing it to a certified Honda CRV, the 2014 Sportage I bought had only 14,000 miles as opposed to more than double that on the Honda CRV of the same year, yet $10,000 less expensive. Plus Kia's 100k warranty totally blew by Honda. Our research showed that Kia has really stepped up its game in the past few years (no, I'm not a salesman ha!). The feel, look, warranty and sale experience was exceptional. Looking forward to hopefully an equally pleasing service experience. Thank you, Peter Karian.

I had a good experience
When we arrived we were offered beverages and popcorn. We had Kenny Lau whom helped us. We had our eyes on a used SUV but it was out of our price limit for monthly payments. Kenny helped us find a brand new 2015 Kia Forte. I was kind of hesitant at first since it's definitely not an SUV, but when we got the call that it was in our price range and we could have it if we wanted it we were sold. I absolutely love this car, and so does our son. We even got the 2 six flags vip gold season passes (we used them yesterday and had a great time!) I was a little discouraged since I traded in my 2009 Lancer Ralliart and was given back less then what I still owed on it. However, Kenny informed us of the work that actually had to be done to it. All and all it was a good experience we walked away happy and now have a 2015 Kia Forte. THANK YOU DESTINATION KIA, KENNY LAU AND MATT PANARO!

Great salesman, great deal
The overall process at Destination Kia was very good. It was quick and easy, and i feel that I received an excellent deal. The salesman, Peter Karian, that I worked with was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
