EXCELLENT SERVICE, SO QUICK AND EASY!

WE WORKED WITH PETE KARIAN, HE MADE THE ENTIRE PROCESS SO EASY AND PAINLESS. WE DIDN'T SPEND HOURS WAITING AROUND FOR PAPERWORK, HE DID EVERYTHING! PETE MADE PICKING UP THE CAR A BREEZE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DESTINATION KIA! OUTSTAND STAFF! I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

The Kia Soul Journey

I was mailed an offer to come into the dealership to see if I could get in a new car. I contact them on Wednesday and was immediately called back by Lexi to come in on Saturday 04/18/2015 and see what was available to try to purchase. On Saturday morning I was approached by salesman, Henry. Very nice guy, personable, and after some conversation, knew what I was looking to purchase, a KIA Soul. We went for a test drive and got a great feel for the car. I expressed interest and the search for my exact car began. I was either looking for the Alien Green or Shadow Black. Henry came back with the Shadow Black and I fell in love with it. We started the negotiation, and after some give and take on both sides and a strong willingness to assist me in getting a car, a deal was finalized.

Excellent Service

The 1st ever dealership that treated me like a person and not an object to get me through the process. When I walked in the greeter welcomed us, set me up with our salesman Gene Gardy. Gene was amazing with us and ensured all my questions were addressed and went above and beyond to show me every detail of the car. He made it a priority to ensure I got the car I said I would have liked when we sat at the table. Other KIA dealership just pushed a vehicle on me. I didn’t settle, I got what I wanted. That has never happened to me at prior dealerships. The finance guy, name escapes me at this time, was amazing as well. I was treated as a person and was able to work with me to get the right pricing I wanted to pay. I was stunned it wasn’t a take it or leave it situation again. I am very happy I stayed with the KIA family. This dealership just reinforces my belief in good people. I waited in the guest area for my new car and every employee walking by said hello, asked if we needed anything while we waited, brought us a paper to ease the wait. They didn’t do this just with me but with every customer who was in the building while I was there. I wasn’t in the waiting area long but thought it was important for you to know they excel. They really do.

New Kia

Rhett Butler was easy to deal with, no pressure, provided space when needed, answered questions, offered options. The manager and finance folks were just as great. Would highly recommend this dealer and especially Rhett to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Fair deal

We struck a deal after a bit of time. Still we had a meal and appreciate the effort put forth by the staff and management there. When it is time to purchase again we will return.
