professional , respectful sales people nad management

In my experience and I have purchased over 35 new vehicles. This dealership is on to a new way of dealing with people . Other dealerships don't consider the circumstances each buyer has to deal with and repeat customers is what a dealership should strive for. No high pressure HERE just good common sense that 's how to deal with people and succeed. love my sorento!

The Best Sales, Finance, Management, and Support Staff!!!

After emailing with 5 car dealerships for three weeks, I reached Destiny... and there I met my match in Car Dealership. She asked for my interests and my payment expectations. I replied with my expectations and payment capabilities. Within 24 hours Destiny replied with a resounding "No Problem, When Can you make it?" I got there and met Destiny, Matt Grayson, and Anthony. Matt was my sales rep which made the whole process seamless. After having a Honda for 12 Years and dealing with Lia Honda's arrogance of a high resale product I had to leave. Destination Kia is a dealership that finally cushioned the typical "I am Sorry" blow to my hopes. My wife and I have a beautiful 2015 Kia Sorrento for many years to come because of Matt Grayson, Destiny, and Anthony. Anthony sealed the deal professionally without any last minute surprises on the Financial end. I will see you all again in three years for my upgrade to a Sorrento EX!! Good bye and good riddance to Lia Honda. Love you all, Andrew and Kayla Deluise

Thank You Kia Destination

I brought my 2011 Kia Soul in for 1st oil chg. and received excellent service from Sean Spofford in the Service Dept. Everyone is nice and helpful like Roy & Rob it made me feel very comfortable and I would reccommend more people to go there I know I will.

Best Sales Experience

If you're looking for a Kia, go talk to Rhett Butler. Today was one of the best car sales experiences that I've had in a very long time. And I've been buying cars for over 40 years. Rhett listened to what I was looking for, brought out a car that fit what I wanted, and presented me with a blockbuster deal. He even found me the other color I liked. I can only hope that the car turns out as good as today's deal. Thanks, Rhett!

Sean BOB! Amazing

To say I've had bad luck with my car would be an understatement. Ever since my husband and I started doing our service at Destination Kia we have been more than pleased!! Sean has helped us the last few visits and he is such a pleasure to deal with AND he always gets done (done right) what we need. This more than makes up for my "bad luck" and we will continue to do business with them forever! Thank you

great service and freindly staff.

Great service. They accepted the car on time and were finished right on time. Sean was very helpful and able to answer any questions. Destination Kia is a great place for service.

Great changes made to this dealership

This dealership made some great upgrades over the past few months. Most notably, they refrain from playing obnoxious techno music in the showroom! Yeah, no more morning migraines after I drop my car off! Second, I've gotten to know and trust the Service team. Kenny, the manager, is a wonderful person and always takes great care of his customers. He knows people by name and greets people accordingly. Service times are fast and efficient. They never up-sell and keep their promises. Prices are reasonable.

No worries

LOF It is cold out side but warm and welcome at DISTANTION KIA. Just had another oil change done and it went smooth. Sean greeted us and made sure that our Soul was taken care of right the first time. Thank you Sean! I still want a hamster stand up, they are eye catching.

Very Positive Experience

In November of 2014 I leased a Sorento and returned to lease an Optima in January. My experience was so good in November that I had no second thoughts about returning. My salesman both times, Shawn Morganstern, was attentive, answered all my questions and most importantly listened to what I was saying about my needs for a vehicle and payment plan. Rick (I apologize that I don't recall his last name), a sales manager, also took the time to ensure that our experience was good and we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. I would recommend Destination Kia to anyone who is looking for a positive experience when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. By the way, I had a Kia prior to this and would also recommend the Kia brand to anyone.
