Excellent customer service
I was in yesterday to have my alignment done after being told by Mavis it needed it when I had new snow tires put on. Im so glad I decided to take it to Destination rather than believing them, because I was told my alignment was perfect!! I appreciate Destination'so honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need! I am so happy I bough my car from them and will continue to always bring my Soul to them for service!!!

Repair
I visited Destination KIA for a repair during warranty period on my Sportage 2015, and although they weren't able to fix it on the spot, they are following up on the technical problem with KIA engineers to get back to me. This was my second visit to them, overall the employees are informative, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them. I have purchase my car from a different state, but have found Destination Kia great in meeting my service and repair needs.

Nice Dealership!
I ended up paying more per month than I anticipated. But my overall experience was good. Fell in love with the Optima car and just leased the Sportage.

Love Kia
I originally purchased my car from Lazare Kia. When they were purchased by Destination I was worried. Other Kia dealers (Fucillo) were nightmares. Well my first visit assured me that Destination was going to maintain the same standard of excellent I was accustomed to from Lazare. They are efficient, timely, and always helpful.

Mark is an amazing salesperson!
Mark is a great sales person. I had shopped around all the dealers trying to decide which car was right for me. Of all the sales people I talked to, Mark was the best. He provided great information but was not pushy. I chose the KIA because it was the right car for me, it was great to be able to work with the best salesman.

A Positive Experience
Walked into the dealership to test drive SUV but came out with a KIA Optima. My Salesman, Shawn, was professional and worked with me to get has much on my trade in which I was so pleased with. The finance department got me the best interest rate too. I had the best overall customer service there that I ever had. I will refer friends there. Thumbs up to Destination KIA.

I had a great 1st car-buying experience here! Being 20 and a poor college student, I wasn't thrilled with the idea of looking at dealerships for a used car, but going here changed my mind. If you go, ask to work with Rhett Butler! He's very knowledgable, friendly, committed, willing to negotiate fairly, and isn't overly "pushy" like most salesmen are. He makes the entire purchasing process incredibly easy, and makes sure to spell everything out to insure that you understand every step along the way. He made my father and I feel at ease throughout the entire encounter, and I would definitely go back to work with him again.

I LOVE MY 2015 SORENTO
After searching dealerships online for new Kia Sorentos, I chose Destination Kia because they had the car I was looking for. My husband and I went on 12/31/14 and signed the papers the night of 1/2/15. Although the waiting time is more than anyone wants to deal with, Shawn M. got us all the incentives, a great trade-in price, and low interest rate. We are extremely happy with our new SUV. Purchase/Maintenance
I bought a car from this dealership in 2010 after looking at multiple places. Honestly, I was not planning on purchasing a car from here, but the sales personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I have gone back for routine service they are quick and timely. Once I needed an emergency service and they were able to fit me within hours.
