I actually had the pleasure to speak and deal with Jake DeRusso in the pre-owned department. I, probably like just about everyone else out looking for a car, was very weary of talking with a salesperson but Jake made me feel very comfortable, almost like I was family. I would definitely send my friends to speak with him if they are in the Market for a car.

Stereotypical bait and switch, used car solicited on

Stereotypical bait and switch, used car solicited on AutoTrader, I called in not realizing there are additional unsolicited 4-5K add ons and unsolicited dealership financing ONLY. They could not tell me on the phone before I drive 4 hours to their dealership they would sell me the car for the solicited price and would not accept a verified cashiers check or WIRE from my Credit Union Bank. Is that the thing these days, dealerships wont accept a WIRE for solicited price?! After further TEXT with their GM of Sales, Patrick Reagan, their position was come down in person to discuss price and "their" financing. I would rather pay a solicited $2K more for what I want than deal with stereotypical dealership nonsense. This is exactly why CARMAX is so successful.

Dishonest sales practices to hike up the price of cars

Dishonest sales practices to hike up the price of cars they sell. This dealer lists a low online price and then adds a bunch of useless ‘dealer additions’ which are an underhanded way of pumping their profit up. There’s are their stated additions: Dealer Installed accessories include Catalytic Converter Etching $499, Elo GPS $995, Appearance Paint Protection $1,195, GMP Theft $899, Forever Start Lifetime Unlimited $799, ClearPRO Door Protection $395. That is close to $5000 of extras they slide into the final bill and most of them are totally or almost totally useless. For example catalytic converter etching. The police don’t routinely check for that it’s a placebo to justify an upcharge. Also they add this on EV sales too, wonder what catalytic converter they are etching there lol. Do not give your business to shady dealers like this and if you do buy a car from them refuse to pay for any of this junk. If they say they already added it tell them that’s not your problem and don’t do the deal unless they remove it.

WARNING: HIDDEN CHARGES AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. Despite explicitly stating I did not want any extra services, THEY SNEAKILY ADDED AN ALMOST $4,000 PROTECTION PLAN TO MY FINANCING AGREEMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I discovered the discrepancy within 24 hours, but their staff - including Mr. Shawn Bhatt (Sales Representative), Mr. Armin Majidi (Sales Manager), and Mr. Faizan Siddiqi (Finance Manager) - have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to ignore my emails, forcing me to escalate the issue by filing a complaint directly with GM Motor Company in Detroit. This kind of dishonest behavior is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying a car here, double-check every line of your paperwork. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

After reporting this matter to GM Motor Company, Mr. Faizan Siddiqi (Finance Manager) assured me that everything had been resolved. Process was quick and easy. We were able to communicate via text and phone to figure out all the details of the sale which was wonderful! Would definitely return to purchase another vehicle when the time comes

Tustin Buick GMC is the absolute worst dealership I’ve

Tustin Buick GMC is the absolute worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They blatantly lied about the price of the car, adding on an unexplained fee that changed every time we asked about it. First, they said it was for a “protection package,” then suddenly it was for an “inspection.” They couldn’t even keep their own lies straight! On top of that, they insulted us by offering $4,000 LESS than the CarMax trade-in value for our car. Seriously, why would anyone agree to that? We spent TWO HOURS in there going back and forth, trying to get clarity, only to be met with excuses, dishonesty, and complete disregard for our time. It was beyond frustrating. In the end, we walked out, furious and drained by their shady tactics. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted time. This dealership doesn’t care about transparency or their customers, they’re just trying to scam you. Stay far away!

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Agreed on an out the door price, and once I was going to sign the deal, Josh stated that I needed to Finance the vehicle through their financing company. I said I didn’t plan on it, and then he said it was “part of the deal” which was incorrect. He then pulled the document from the desk and walked away. Lack of professionalism especially considering he was part of the “management team.” Farhad Abbassi was a great sales rep, but once the manager got involved the deal fell apart. Highly encourage others to find another dealer.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my vehicle, which has been an issue since September. During that time, a third-party painting vendor used my car without my consent for personal purposes, leading to unnecessary mileage, an empty gas tank, damage to the plastic near the window and misuse of my vehicle. When I raised this concern, Robert Monroe dismissed it, stating: “If this was my car, I would allow the dealer or vendor to use it for personal business. This is not a big deal, just an hour’s drive.” This response is unacceptable. My vehicle was used inappropriately, and I expected this matter to be taken seriously. Despite repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails to you, I have received little to no follow-up. Your sporadic responses, offering vague promises of scheduling, have resulted in no progress. It has now been over three months, and I am still waiting to complete the work I initially brought my car in for.
