Missed major problem with car, also not timely
I brought my Escalade twice while it was under warrantee complaining of a grinding noise in engine. Both times they told me there was no issue. I brought it again after it was out of warrantee and now they suddenly determined I need a new transmission. The car is 4 years old. additionally this dealer consistently accepts my car and then doesn’t look at it until the next day. I also need to call numerous times to follow up as they don’t call when they say they will.

Issue NOT FIXED

Warranty work... Cue radio computer replacement
Tim G’s Service was excellent. He was very professional, accurate in his diagnosis and prompt/on time with service completion. Mahwah Cadillac waiting area was very comfortable, excellent coffe, and breakfast snacks and a large screen TV.
