I'm big on customer service before anything else, even the car. If the car's right but the customer service isn't, you're simply not getting my business,... period. Mohammed provided excellent world class customer service that I expect when buying a world class vehicle such as a German car. He went above and beyond from the moment I walked into the door till the moment I stepped into my vehicle to drive off. He's on top of his game and is honest and transparent all the way through. He understands the importance of following up with the customer. Even after the deal's over, we even chit chatted and joked about life and got to learn more about each other. By bar the worst experience i have had at a dealer, they sold me a car with engine oil leak and tranny codes, even after a few days of driving the car... from the dealer, i had sensors and headlights that went out, dont waste your time because you spend thousands in car and the next week its gonna be sitting at their shop, im so disappointed

Mo was very helpful in choosing the perfect car. He had the patience to deal with me going back and forth between different cars and he was an expert in... knowing all aspects about the cars details. I read the reviews ahead of time and hoped for a positive experience but unfortunately my visit fell below customer service standards. When my party and... I arrived, we were not welcomed by staff at the door. We approached the desk which is a directly across from the entrance and still not greeted in a welcoming way. I shared that I wanted to see the Lexus RX350 that was advertised on their website and was asked if I made an appointment in advance. I did not, and my party was asked to have a seat and someone would be with us in 10 minutes. The quoted time turned into 40 minutes although Norman came by and introduced himself and made small talk. He said the vehicle was in storage and had to be brought over. My party and I appreciated him sharing that information. When we saw the vehicle, it was dirty on the outside with cob webs all over and the inside hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed. Needless to say, the car was in no condition to be presented. Norman allowed us to test drive the car around by oddly, did not ask for my name or identification before handing over the keys. Also, we were not given temporary tags for the test drive. The car was left double parked on a busy street in front of the showroom and no one was there to point out it's features or to give us the Carfax. Once we returned from the test drive, we were introduced to Mohammad. He was brief and also did not go into detail about the car. My party and I observed several cosmetic issues that was not made known on the description. We had to wipe away thick dirt from the vehicle in order to see the scratches and dings on the hood and body. We asked if the car could be cleaned and our request was declined because they were now setting up to close. Mohammed met with us to discuss expectations, provided the Carfax upon request and talked numbers. He was pleasant but the conditions were not ideal, as they also started to turn off the air condition in the showroom and the office we originally sat in. The selling price was well above the KBB value for a car that was in an accident and sustained damage to the front and rear not to mention the scratches, dents, gapes in the tires, and flawed rims. It was priced at nearly 29k with 52k miles. I don't think the counter offer for 25k was unreasonable considering how much needed to be repaired and replaced but this offer was declined. Not sure why they would not want to sell a car that had been in storage for 4 months, perhaps there were other interested parties. Nevertheless, there were no other recommendations for other vehicles, they seemed content with letting go of a possible relationship.
My brother was looking for a replacement car for me when mine was totaled when he saw a listing for a 2016 Mercedes Benz from this dealership. He told... me that he had an amazing time with Mohammad and I can confirm that I did too once I got there. Mohammad was extremely helpful and gave us great tips for do a little DIY upgrades on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a car to purchase!
After an hour drive, I went to this dealership for a test drive in a car that was sold 2 days ago. No one called and told me anything. But kept confirming... my appointment. The salesman lied and told me car was at mercedes getting fixed.then the new owner and same car pulls up . Dishonest dealership.

Worked with Luis and al both promised the sun and the moon and would say anything to sell a vehicle. After you pat they quickly forget who you are an their... promises. Stay away , lying thieves and tried to sneak in bs fees to up my payments
