This dealership is a scam. Went to view a car they had on the lot and started chatting about price, which was listed at about $118k. The guy sits down and waves some piece of paper at me and says "you know when you buy a car at a merc dealership, that's the cash price, but there's another 30% on top of that. I only charge another 20%". I said "sorry what are you talking about? What is the drive off the lot price of this car". He goes "$151k" (I have no idea how he got to that number either. Market on the car was probably $115k. I just look at him and said "jesus f***ing christ" and walked out of the place. These guys belong in prison.

i called improt masters today on car with price posted on thier website and when i asked the sales person on the amount that should be written on the cashier check he refused to discuss the amount only will discuss it when i come to his dealership, how can you trust dealership with this attitude when the price is posted on the website i would say be aware dealing with a such place I called Import Masters today about a car listed on their website. The price was clearly posted online, so I asked the salesperson what amount should be written on the cashier's check. Surprisingly, he refused to discuss the total price over the phone and insisted that he would only go over the amount after I came to the dealership. I found this concerning. If a vehicle's price is already advertised on the website, there should be no issue confirming the total purchase amount before asking a customer to make the trip. This lack of transparency makes it difficult to trust the dealership. Based on my experience, I recommend that buyers be cautious and make sure they receive a clear, written breakdown of the total price before visiting or bringing payment.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Import Masters in Russell Gardens, NY. I found a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 advertised on CarsForSale.com and CarGurus for $31,995. Since I live out of state, I contacted the dealership to arrange the purchase. We had multiple conversations over the weekend, and I even asked if I could complete the transaction remotely and have the vehicle shipped to me. Instead, I was told that I needed to come to the dealership in person to complete the purchase. Based on our conversations, I believed we had already agreed on the price and that my only remaining step was to travel to New York, pay for the vehicle, and drive it home. I took time off work, purchased a flight, and traveled specifically to buy this car. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the advertised price was supposedly a “special price” and that I would have to pay more than $6,000 above the listed price. This was never clearly disclosed during our conversations, despite us speaking several times before my trip. I felt completely misled. If there were conditions attached to the advertised price, they should have been explained before I spent money on airfare, took time off work, and traveled across state lines. Instead, I was presented with a substantially higher price only after arriving at the dealership. In my opinion, this experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Whether intentional or not, the lack of transparency wasted my time and money and caused a great deal of frustration. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that advertises one price and then presents a significantly higher one after you’ve already committed to making the trip. If you’re considering purchasing from Import Masters, especially from out of state, I recommend getting the full out-the-door price in writing before making any travel arrangements.

False pricing, terrible communication and just dishonest people. They have all their cars listed at one price but wont honor the price. I came with a check and they wanted to add 10k to the price of the car. They are lying, false information they give you and try to get you on their stores and then put lots of money of the price that they have advertised and the price will be higher than market

Stay away. False advertising. This place advertises a price for a vehicle and when you arrive, they then give you a price of about $5000 over the advertised price for dealer fees even though the advertised price said all fees included. So glad we walked away. Their Google reviews are apparently fake; after reading the reviewed here, I realize that the place is a scam! Fake car fax, cars with mechanical issues…. Run away from here, fast!!!

They are a bunch of Con Artist they advertise one price but day that the things that are listed with car is extra and it cost more money than at the Mercedes Dealership I would never buy from a dealership that everything about them is Fraud

Sent an offer on a vehicle on the website, never heard a word back from anyone.

Bought my brothers first car and they ended up robbing him! The sales persona ELLA. Made him zelle her $570 and a few weeks later we found out she paid nothing! Left us with a $907 bill and said “good luck” ELLA is her name and spread awareness because i dont want this happening to no one!

This dealer is a scam, false advertise the put the price on the car and when you get there they want to force to add warranty for extra 6000 don’t get robbed
