Bought my brothers first car and they ended up robbing him! The sales persona ELLA. Made him zelle her $570 and a few weeks later we found out she paid nothing! Left us with a $907 bill and said “good luck” ELLA is her name and spread awareness because i dont want this happening to no one!

Very low customer care, wasting lots of time on awful negotiations and at the end of the deal no compromise at all, adding extra amount in different charges which the customer did not expect at all, completely untrue and unfair advertisement

These Guys move from location to location. My vehicle gave me trouble from day one. Ownership is totally hands off once Your in possession of their wreck. These cars look like bargains for a reason. And the promises made if NOT in writing are not fulfilled. Horrendous way to do business. Stay away!!

Ive read the reviews and spot on. I went to view a car priced at 28k. We shook on a deal at 32k (taxes and fees included). They came back with a deal sheet for over 37k. 32% more than the base cost. I was told the price was locked and I had to pay extra for a slew of other fees for Uncle Sam. Sales Rep, "Its not personal, just business"

Whatever the listing price is they will add 5000 to it and then force you to buy warranty and some stupid program that's apparently built into the car.

Do not waste your time on this dealership We made an appointment to go see a car and drive 2 hours. When we got there we were told it was just too late and would need to reschedule. I showed them the text confirmation of visit day and time that they sent. Then we found out they couldn’t find the keys. Long story short they said sorry and that they would bring the car to me. They scheduled to bring the car to us to drive twice and both times never followed through. We were hung up on a few time when we called to question things. We were working with Valerie and Norman and Sam. We spoke with Norman today and he said he would bring the car for me to drive if we had a deal and a nonrefundable deposit and he would meet in the middle. Then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t sell the car for the LISTED price and increased the price by $5005.00! I even had the ad that said same price applies to cash vs Finance and the fees were listed up front. This is a true scam and if you don’t believe me read the other reviews. This seems to be how they operate. Very suspect business practices.
