Recent purchase was great

Jesus Tarazona sold me an awesome 2019 civic sport and took the time to treat us like family. He explained everything thoroughly and kept my wife super happy. Overall great experience!

El servicio me pareció excelente, fui por una pieza que me falló en mi automóvil nuevo ,el puerto usb ,se pidió la pieza y fue reemplazada gustosamente .la explicación del trabajo realizado fue muy buena ,después de desarmar casi toda la consola central,todo quedó armado muy bien. gracias .

My experience at your dealership was exceptional your employees we’re very knowledgeable, and accommodating. Treating my family and me with respect and kindness. Jetzel explained and showed my husband and I The car features, manny took the time to also show us car parts that would make the vehicle look even better we also bought a few accessories. Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Discovered lost/missing engine part immediately after oil change at the dealership. Could not get a coherent answer from service rep as to when to expect the part. Had to escalate things to the general manager (Joseph Lynch). Took almost 3 weeks for dealership to procure the part. The dealership was not proactive in keeping me informed as to when to expect the lost/missing part.

Expensive

Expensive, tricky,not clean,long time for diagnoses,expensive, waiting room dirty and noisy, they said will give discount and they just talk,not recomend
