No happy
I came to fix my Honda Pilot 1 st I changed oil then I pick up the car showing on engine light and and VTM-4 message Then I go back next day they check and called me car is fixed and pick up then I pickup it’s showing another lights on I show the guy he said engine light very important and switch the cable for now is on one , it’s not professional way to fix it , now he said replace the switch cost like 389 I have to come back another day , it’s not fair

Service rep
Brought my son's car for an oil change. He qualifies for free oil changes for his lease. Ben told me the car needed a tire rotation and i told him to make a note for me to give to my son. He told me he couldn't do anything unless i paid for the rotation. I felt this was wrong if I was doing my son a favor to bring his car for service. After i said fine do the rotation had to wait 2hrs for them to do the service. He waived the fee since i waited for the car for so long. But it is still aggravating to wait so long for an oil change and tire rotation

very friendly
Regis was extremely helpful in all aspects of my experience during my visit at Hudson Honda. One thing I can say for sure is that he also cares about the customer experience as he kept asking me questions to make sure I knew about every offer available. I would recommend anyone to get a new car with Regis.

Long waiting and poor customer service
I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how long it would take and answered 1 to 1.5 hours. After 90 minutes, I asked the receptionist again and she said once it's done I would be called. After another 30 minutes, I asked again and got the same answer. But I found the key of my car was still on her desk. My car was never handed to the mechanic over 2 hours. I asked the receptionist what happened. She said no idea and it was not her fault. I talked to the manager about the situation and it took 10 minutes for them to finish the recall service. DO NOT GO TO HUDSON HONDA FOR A SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
