We Were Robbed
My wife and I got strongarmed into leasing a new car for over $100 more a month than our previous car which was a higher trim level. We were repeatedly misled and outright lied to throughout the entire process, initially promised one monthly payment, then getting told a much higher number. Now, we’re paying over $550 a month for a car that’s the next to lowest trim level. The entire experience was nothing short of nightmarish and now, we’ve got a car we’re extremely unhappy with and if I could undo the whole thing and get our old car back, I would do it in a second. Not only will I never do business with this dealership ever again, but I will tell anybody I know to avoid it at all costs.

Awesome service
I brought my vehicle in for a recall, the valet greeted me immediately, asked for my need and got me to a service advisor who was friendly and fast. My vehicle was completed before I knew it and I was on the road. Great experience and I'm now a rewards member w additional savings and money for my next vehicle! Pretty cool!

Service for leaking windshield fluid
I should have been notified when making the appointment that there is a diagnostics fee. I had to pay for a repair for a vehicle I just purchased by an independent dealership and was also informed that it was covered with bumper to bumpeI warranty. They stated it has a hole and it was not covered. I can understand if it were a crack in the resevior, how is a hole on the part a damage caused by wear and tear? I don't feel the dealership is giving a fair assessment to the damage. Also the cashier was extremely rude and very unpleasant and this behavior was very unnecessary.

2 Arms and a Leg
Every single time I go to the dealership to take advantage of my “free” oil change, I end up paying $300+ out the teeth for maintenance. My issue with this is the fact that every time I call to ask about said service or the price of doing that it’s always significantly cheaper. There’s something about coming in person that always increases the prices. I was quoted $150 to get my breaks replaced, when I arrived it had suddenly shot up to $280. When i questioned the employee about this, he ignored it and said “So do you want the oil change or not?”
