A great decision

When me and my girlfriend walked in we were very nervous. We wasn’t sure what we wanted to buy. We was walked over to Jesus Tarazona. He was very professional and upfront about everything and answers all our questions. Even helped us to get better Insurance then what we had already.

Jesus amazing sales man

I’m not happy

I’m really not happy with the service from yesterday! The service that was done to my car did not work. I took it back to Honda and they told me there was something wrong with the switch, but they left it worse than what it already was when I took it the first time

Extremely satisfied

I had an appt for oil change at Hudson Honda and I have to say I was extremely Impressed with the customer provided by the manager and all the employees I was in contact with, working in customer service myself I know how difficult could be at times to deal with many people and many different personalities

Not great

This was my first time trying this new location for the proximity to my home. Made an online service appointment and received an email confirmation. The next morning I received an email cancellation of my appointment and another appointment confirmation as if I had made it. I immediately called and they informed me that I had made the changes and gave me a hard time to reschedule an appointment I had never cancelled. Once I arrived to my rescheduled appointment, I was informed they were unable to take me because they had too many cars ! Ultimately my car was taken in , but the overall service from an employee cancellation to turning a customer away who had a scheduled service appointment is not acceptable.

Unresolved problems

We experienced a terrible abrupt Breaking traveling 30 miles an hour on a clear road the mechanics said they found no problem This problem could create a serious injury To the occupants and serious damage to the car if someone is follow us There must be a way to fix this problem instead of saying there’s nothing wrong
