Amazing !

Everyone was so friendly and treated me like I was at home ! I would recommend this dealership and the amazing employees who helped me with my new car. I love my car and the price is great thanks to the amazing employees of Hudson Honda!

They are very customer friendly and at tentative

Hudson Honda is my choice of dealaship friendly and professional helpful and knowledgeable of inventory I would recommend them to anyone service is also very good

Dishonest

We agreed on a total price for pilot and hrv on an unofficial document with signatures. I bought the pilot first because they said the hrv was not available and had no VIN. I offered to pay down payment and they said I couldn't because they don't have the VIN. I was never told that I have to buy the hrv in February for the price on the unofficial document. When I went back to the dealership in March, they said they can't give me the HRV for the price on the paper and are now Charing me 1300 more than the price we agreed on. Per Josh, the manager, "I don't have to give you that price on the paper we signed." They breached the contract! Completely dishonest and disrespectful

"service department" does not equal "sales department"

When someone brings their car in for service, the service person attending to you should not be trying to sell you a new car, but rather try to help you get your car serviced and back to you soon as possible.

Excellent service

From the begining of my honda experience with talia on the phone. She was very friendly which made me continue to make an appointment and confirm. Then carlos vargas my salesman who expaned im details making my desision easy to purchase. Other purchases of vehicles imcluded lots if pitches and mumbi jumbo. Carlos was very formable and caring. Didnt take long in selling me rhe car. Anthony in finance was very helpful in finding me numbers that worked. I thank him i thank all of them

Clear and easy

Everything was clear and well explained by the sales person. Leasing the car was easier than i thought!! It was my first time buying a car but the sales person was very helpful and nice
