Duane Hale and Diana Christina are wonderful. Customer service was amazing and they truly listened to my wants and needs. They were knowledgeable and professional in every way. I would highly recommend them for any future sales/finance needs. I left there with more than expected and was on hundred percent satisfied.

Sales department is very helpful and generous, however
Sales department is very helpful and generous, however the service department is rude and inconsiderate. Long story short I was sold a Lemon and its been sitting in the service shop at Kia Burlington for 2-3 weeks, nobody at Kia thought to notify me that I would be receiving a new engine covered under warranty until I called them for the 3rd time a week into it being there. I was initially told the engine was on the way and had been ordered on that call. Well…. That was a great sounding lie because when I called a week later to check on status of this they said the engine was on backorder and they somehow cant give me an ETA on when the engine will arrive to the shop. This is very peculiar to me in itself, but the fact the lady(s) I spoke with on the phone have nothing helpful to say is shocking. At least if you’re gonna be unhelpful maybe you should perhaps change the tone of your voice. Its not my fault you don’t enjoy your job. And when I asked if I am able to get help for a loaner or rental even they told me they don’t do any of these things which is contradicting what I have read online about your warranty policies. It’s cool though I’ll just struggle as a working student and walk around for miles everywhere I have to be for the next month or two like I’ve been doing. Don’t buy here if you have other options.

It was amazing how easy it was! Brian B walked me thru the process in less than 3hrs. Jean Claude made me a great deal on my trade in. Got so much more than I expected. 5STARS!!!

Kia Cam!!!
I had a wonderful experience with “Kia Cam”. I appreciated that he took time to give me what I wanted. I understand sales. There was no pressure from this young man. I had many dealers contacting me in my quest for a Sorento but I felt I only wanted to give my business to Cameron or “KiaCam”. (As I like to call him). He was perfect. My purchase was intentional but impromptu because I was tired of my Benz. I do not regret the change. I’m super satisfied with my truck and my experience with Mr. Cameron.

Can't be trusted.
I have leased several cars from this dealership and until this year considered them a good dealership. This year we went in to buy a new Kia Telluride. When the nice salesperson walked me out to look at my choices I notices the market adjustment of $11,000 over the sticker price?? I explained that I thought that was crazy and left the dealership. I bought a Pathfinder from Cherry Hill Nissan at invoice no market adjustment. Now I've come to the end of a Sportage lease, and when I went in to purchase the car they attempted to mark the car up $5,000 over the residual amount??? Again left the dealership and will find a better deal at a less sleazy dealership. After these last 2 experiences I'm done with Burlington and will probably with Kia as well, as they must be endorsing this type of behavior.

Run. Just Run.
I negotiated a deal on a car, and said I had my title with me & was ready to pay cash. They don't take personal checks & said they couldn't put it on my debit card. It was Saturday about 30 mins before closing. Said I would be in Monday at 9am with a cashiers check. I was told I had to apply for financing & be approved by Kia for them to hold the car. I told them I refuse to have them do an inquiry on my credit - there was no need to do financing paperwork (I was paying cash). They can't sell it Sunday (all dealerships are closed by law) & I would be in Monday w a cashiers check. I was told if I come in Monday without filling out the financing paperwork the price will be higher - basically blackmailing me. The salesperson also spoke poorly (gossiped) about 2 other Kia dealerships - so unprofessional! I will buy my car at another dealership!

I had the best buying experience here.
I had the best buying experience here. I was treated like a person/friend not a $ sign. My sales rep Dery Santos was amazing. He answered all of my questions and he made sure I understood everything. The finance manager Duane was awesome. He explained everything to me prior to me signing the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. I would HIGHLY recommend Dery and this dealership if you want to be treated like you should be!!! Everyone at Burlington Kia thank you for making this happen and making it the best experience ever!!!
