We walked in intending to look at some vehicles and then go to another dealership but we met Mike our salesman who was courteous, respectful and above all knowledgeable about all makes and models of vehicles. We were about to walk away because they did not have the color we wanted in our price range and Mike Slawinski our salesman talked to his manager and made us a deal on a brand new upgraded Kia Sportage 2023 that blew us away. This car is absolutely mind blowing to us. We can’t thank this dealership, Burlington Kia enough for the job they did for us. Thank you Mike and we will definitely be telling our friends and relatives to go to this dealership in particular.

Professional in every way!

Gary Abrams is the best!

Gary Abrams is the best! I highly recommend Burlington Kia and Gary Abrams he does a great job he made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with the whole vehicle purchase process and making sure the cross bars were correctly installed! If you need a vehicle come see Gary Abrams at Burlington Kia!

Gary Abrams is the best!

Gary Abrams is the best! I had such an amazing experience with Gary Abrams helping me to purchase my 2022 Kia Sportage Night Fall Edition! He made sure I was 100 percent satisfied and made sure my cross bars were installed accurately! If you need a vehicle I recommend going to Burlington Kia and seeing Gary Abrams!

Come in to Burlington Kia to purchase your next

Yes, I was in Burlington NJ Kia about 2 weeks ago. The salesman that helped me was great. He was the last man standing with us until the deal was done. He even helped us with transferring our belongings to the new vehicle we purchased. He deserves a 5 star and he makes sure your okay with your purchase. So if your looking for a new car go to Burlington Kia. Thanks Montreal for great customer service. Your also greeting at the door with smiles.

Manager is a liar and a moron!

The manager not only insulted my sister in law. He ripped the paper out of her hand. And embarrassed her almost bringing her to tears. If Wayne was any type of an owner he would fire him.

Price Gouging at its best with horrible CS….

I scheduled an appointment today to see and test drive a 2022 Kia Sorento EX XLine. I considered purchasing this vehicle 9 mos ago and it was a strong contender, but passed due to the dealerships unwillingness to allow me, the customer, to discuss terms with my spouse, who was unable to come at the time. Well, they did it again today, but this time the price gouged $15 K higher. I understand the supply and demand issue during Covid, but to not even engage in any price talks and negotiation process UNLESS I agreed to purchase the vehicle on the spot was insulting and so unprofessional. The manager walked away once he knew that I would not succumb to that sort of pressure tactic. The salesman acted as if my business was not needed as the car would sell regardless of my interest. You should not treat customers like that. I understand that some people may feel as though no cars will be produced and pressured to buy due to chip shortages, but I’m not that guy! This dealership needs a retraining on CS and making the buying experience pleasant for committed customers as well as potential customers. I left and called other Kia dealerships who actually are selling that same Sorento for $10 K less with the upgraded trim level. Although supplies are low, NO Sorento is worth $54K. I want to thank Burlington Kia for being the jerks that they were, which allowed me to find the top trim Sorento at a better price, which was actually reasonable. I did my research!!!! It’s a Kia, not a BMW, Mercedes, etc. I expected better as I have referred people to this dealership as well assisted family members with purchases. Smh
