Need for improvement. Lack of professionalism. Some are unable to communicate. Some act as if you are bothering them both on the phone & in-person. The poor service situations I have had could have easily been avoided.

Jeremy Lookis is one of the best. He pays attention to most every detail. I highly recommend him. I've been very satisfied with the dealer, as this is the second Explorer I've purchased aat this dealership. I previously owner a Taurus and had it service at the dealership as well.
