The buying process and everything else went smoothly. But there was one thing I didn?t get was carfax report about the vehicle. Other than that my salesman was a great salesman!

I?ve been a jeep guy for years? but after constant break

I?ve been a jeep guy for years? but after constant break downs I decided to give the Bronco a look. Will Watkins at Landmark Ford immediately put me behind the wheel and I was sold! He was great during the sales process and made sure the Bronco was pristine for delivery. Drove home with a full tank and a smile. Thanks Guys!

It just took so long, My salesman although a nice kid was

It just took so long, My salesman although a nice kid was slow at everything. I made my intentions clear that i was in a rush but he seemed disorganized. When I returned to do my paperwork I had to wait an hour+ to see my financial agent. He want to talk about how I smelled good and that I was single etc I just wanted to get completed and get my car and go home.

Was accosted by the sales manager Jeff borski and

Was accosted by the sales manager Jeff borski and threatened to call my boss over me telling him he lest a bad taste in my mouth. Very un Professional and would not recommend him to anyone. Probably one of the worst humans I’ve ever encountered!

Was held hostage by a terrible sales manager trying to

Was held hostage by a terrible sales manager trying to make me do a deal. Actually held my keys for my trade for multiple minutes while I said no to the deal and asked for the keys back. On the third time, I had to raise my voice and make a scene to get out of there. Its illegal and the sales manager should be fired.

Pleased with the purchasing process experience, the biggest issue was my inability to decide on which Bronco I wanted. Will definitely be back in the future when ready to purchase again.

I will never buy a used car from this dealership.

I will never buy a used car from this dealership.was sold a used car on sep 3, 2024.told me that auto shop did an inspiration of the car on Sept 12,2024 the auto . Shop lied to me. Was still have problem with the car give me the runaround of what the problem is.. Took the car into Toyta dealership explained very thing on Dec 19, 2024 . Told me that oil was blackethe black Ford never change my oil or sent car to Toyota to check the problem Toyota. Gave me fresh oil change and it is running fine Marianna Urish
