Do NOT take their word when they tell you they will do

Do NOT take their word when they tell you they will do something. They will try to tell you that you don’t understand or were not informed correctly. They take a long time to figure anything out and get back to you about an issue.

The buying process and everything else went smoothly.

The buying process and everything else went smoothly. But there was one thing I didn?t get was carfax report about the vehicle. Other than that my salesman was a great salesman!

I?ve been a jeep guy for years? but after constant break

I?ve been a jeep guy for years? but after constant break downs I decided to give the Bronco a look. Will Watkins at Landmark Ford immediately put me behind the wheel and I was sold! He was great during the sales process and made sure the Bronco was pristine for delivery. Drove home with a full tank and a smile. Thanks Guys!

Jeremy was great and love my new F150 but not happy with

Great people great experience. I was happy with the service I was gave when I first called then walked in. They helped me find the exact truck I wanted and made it an easy process

It just took so long, My salesman although a nice kid was

It just took so long, My salesman although a nice kid was slow at everything. I made my intentions clear that i was in a rush but he seemed disorganized. When I returned to do my paperwork I had to wait an hour+ to see my financial agent. He want to talk about how I smelled good and that I was single etc I just wanted to get completed and get my car and go home.

Jeremy my salesman was great.

Jeremy my salesman was great. He went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to help me setup everything on my phone for car and ent over everything with me. I was rushing for time cause I had to get to work so Jeremy and the fiancé manager worked really fast to get my stuff done.

Was accosted by the sales manager Jeff borski and threatened to call my boss over me telling him he lest a bad taste in my mouth. Very un Professional and would not recommend him to anyone. Probably one of the worst humans I’ve ever encountered!
