Hi Brian — thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating that must have been. That said, we want to clarify that we were never contacted after your purchase regarding the service engine light. Had we been notified, our team would have immediately worked with you to inspect the vehicle and address the concern. We stand behind our vehicles and our process, and we always encourage customers to reach out directly so we can make things right in real time. If you’re still open to it, please contact our service or management team directly so we can review what happened and see how we can help. Our goal is transparency, accountability, and taking care of our customers — not letting issues go unresolved. — Community Ford of Mooresville Management Team

The men at the dealership were very nice and helpful.

The men at the dealership were very nice and helpful. I bought a car unseen and it was everything they said it was. They answered phone calls for all of my questions even after delivering my car. Thanks again!

My salesman Ryan was the best.

My salesman Ryan was the best. took time to explain everything. Made the deal that worked for me. And on a follow up answered all my questions. Had to use their service department for a minor problem. It was fixed promptly and everyone was so nice.

Purchased a 2024 Volvo from this dealer just yesterday.

Purchased a 2024 Volvo from this dealer just yesterday. I wanted an easy process so I didn't even haggle a bit on the price. Paid EXACTLY the asking because I just wanted to be done. After dealing with insurance adjustors on the loss of my car, I just wanted to get a car without drama. Tim was friendly and easy to work with. But then it goes downhill.... First, the finance guy threw in a bunch of fees (almost $1000) above the price that was negotiated. Never even a mention of that and it was in addition to the price listed. I almost walked at that point. He's response was "that's for all conditioning and stuff they do to the car to get it ready to sell. Not sure why they didn't tell you. That's normally in the price but something weird is going on with Ford's website." I told him that the agreed price was X and that was exactly what I was paying. He then removed the fees and apologized. Took about 3 swings to get the paperwork to look accurate (IE, amount financed was different than the contract price). SO...check your numbers and paperwork. Then, only one key was provided to me which I thought I could live with (I'm pretty careful about losing keys), but when I tried to register the infotainment system in the vehicle through the Volvo app (essential to remote start, mobile app, etc), it requires BOTH keys. Called the dealership and asked for the sales manager. Was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Then, when I asked the sales manager about the missing key, it was "SORRY! We only got one so you only got one." Basically, Volvo will have to reset the infotainment center (so if someone happens to track down the missing key, they can't steal my car) and I'll pay $650 right out of the gate to get the original and new key sync'd with the car...just to register the infotainment system. They did offer to SELL me a key for $550 (about 100 more than the cost of the key from Volvo). That price plus the price for Volvo to reset the infotainment system I'd be out $750-800! LOL. Is this my fault....YEP! Buyer beware! I usually try to build a relationship with a dealer before/after my purchase, but if this is how you treat a customer...WOW. Never again with this one. SOOOO disappointed. Just be cautious on any used car purchased from here!
