Edit: The GM called my granddaughter to offer $300 towards dent repair (using their guy, we already have a reputable guy picked out). She told him he would have to check with her grandfather. When my husband tried to contact the GM, Josh, would not take my husband's call and several days later, still has not returned the call to resolve this issue. All we want is a $300 check to repay what we were told would be discounted for dent repairs, not supposed to be used to pay their bogus anti-theft insurance. I also am attaching a portion of the contract that Green chooses to ignore.

Correct it is not required to purchase the vehicle. It was already applied to the vehicle. It is applied to all of our vehicles due to the high vehicle theft. That is why we discounted the sale price $300 to cover the expense. In reference to your paperwork. The list price of the vehicle was $21366, the sale price was $21066. We tried to reach out on multiple occasions but your husband's voicemail is not setup. When he called into the store the General Manger was unavailable, the receptionist sent him to voicemail and he didn't leave a message. Hard to return a call you didn't know you missed. We work with several vendors on dent repair. Happy to let you chose. We also told your granddaughter who purchased the car if she would like to return the vehicle and unwind the deal we are happy to do that, but she does not want to return the car.

Bad dealership

I had my keyfab programmed they said it was good but they must of not tested it themselves, when I got home it didn't start my car ,I called the dealership back told the GM the problem and he basically told me they would not redo it so I was ripped off for 150 dollars and 2 hours of time

Oil change

I received an oil and filter change. I assume it was done properly. I am guessing they this oil change cost almost twice the previous oil change because Green is under new management.

Chevrolet Equinox

The repairs were done timely & i hope correctly, I appreciate the fix of the exhaust manifold while the pistons were being repaired & I appreciate the loaner car, I however am disappointed in the last 2 equinox vehicles I?ve purchased & I don?t believe i will be buying Chevrolet in the future.

I talked to a salesman on the phone about a vehicle I

I talked to a salesman on the phone about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. We agreed upon a price, less than asking but I felt was fair for all sides. I attempted to leave a deposit as I am out of state and could not come in to pick up the car until after the weekend. They would not let me leave a deposit but they did send me paper work to sign that showed our agreed price and stated once I signed it and sent it back the car was sold and they would take it off the lot. Monday morning came and I hit the road to drive the three hours to pick up the car. I informed the salesman I had been working with that I was on my way. They informed me that someone else had called and offered full asking price for the car and they were going to sell it to that buyer. I informed them of the paper work I had signed and that I had been assured the car was sold and taken off the sales lot. I then asked to speak to the sales manager who informed me that they were a for profit business and reserved the right to conduct business how they wanted. I should have known this was going to happen when they refused to accept a deposit for the car.

This dealership is trash!

This dealership is trash!!! I called and left a voicemail for service, and no one called me back!! I needed to bring my vehicle in for AC work, and it seems like it’s impossible to bring it in!! I need a service loaner and it’s like they act like they never have one available!!! It’s very hard to trust this dealership. I will never come back to this place again, and I highly suggest no one buy a car from the dealership because they will lie to you.

When I purchased my 2020 Silverado from this dealership I

When I purchased my 2020 Silverado from this dealership I was given a Green Goods Package that included benefits such as free tire rotation free windshield wipers etc. I was just in for service and charged for wipers and rotation in full. When my wife called to question this she was met with a rude customer service rep that said they changed the package and that I should have read the sign in the service department. This is an absolute joke to sell a customer on a package deal and take the package away randomly without ever telling the customer. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them and caution anyone thinking of it.

I am so sorry for the lack of communication. Yes the Green Goods package did included the free rotation and wiper blades. We did change the package starting January 1st. At the time of sale your salesperson should have explained that it was subject to change. We didn't just take away though, we added back to the package a discount in parts and free car washes with our service department. Again we apologize for the lack of communication when your wife was in for service.

Green Chevrolet in Peoria

Our experience buying my new 2023 Chevy Equinox LS sports package AWD through Green Chevrolet in Peoria was excellent. We actually live in Springfield but couldn?t drive to Peoria until after 6:00 p.m.; and their lot closes at 7:00 p.m. So, even though Edd and I arrived a little after 7:00 p.m., everyone there were pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, professional and didn?t make us feel as if they were already closed when we arrived. All our questions were answered and they made us feel as if it was all about us regardless of the fact that everyone there were technically off work. The entire car buying experience with the staff at Green Chevrolet in Peoria was amazingly refreshing. I will definitely recommend Edwin Jordan and this car lot to family, friends church members, and to my co-workers.
