In January i purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra. I had concern about the transmission, I abruptly returned. They said nothing was wrong and that it's a great truck.. The delayed shifting and lack of down shifting continued. Brought it back a week or so later and had them to keep it for a couple days so that they could feel what i am feeling. Again, they said nothing is wrong but I still have slipping and downshifting, and torque converter wining. 28k+truck and all they can say is the truck is pretty. Took it to Ray Dennison and they said there is for sure something wrong. I paid for a trans flush and still have the problem along with a rear main seal leak and valve cover gaskets. Some inspection team Green has. So now I am on the hook for up to 15K worth of work that needs to be done. I can even drive the truck out of town for fear I will not make back home with it. only to work and around my town. I am 62 years old and I thought I was buying my last truck. THANKS GREEN CHEVROLET!!!

Yes, you bought a 2019 Sierra with 123,000 miles on it in January. You came back in March, road with a tech while we had the computer setup to observe the live data. The transmission was working with in factory specifications. There were no codes and no leaks. On the second visit and again the data was in factory specifications working as programed. We have not done a flush that is correct. However, according the Carfax report not only has the flush been done but it has been flushed twice. According to GM specifications meets maintenance recommendations. Then vehicle has been very well maintained by the 3 previous owners. We are happy to supply the Carfax for all the records we have for the vehicle. We do not hide from our customer. An inspection does not predict the future. We are sorry you have had some issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately we can't tell what the future holds for a used vehicle especially over 120,000 miles.

We purchased a new Chevy in 2025. They installed a factory trailer hitch but did not have the trim piece at that time. They made excuses for a year about not being able to get the part. Each time we called- 4-5 times - they did not return calls. Finally I had another dealer find the part and took that to Green Chevy. They did order the part and did install it. First they did a poor job mounting it. Upon review they did repair it. Unfortunately it took almost a week. During this time they never once called me to say the car was completed. Never once did they offer any apology, say thank you or any act of professionalism. They did meet me demand of a loaner car. I’d hate to have them do anything serious to my car as they seem very incapable. But the lack of any communication is appalling.

I’ve bought two vechiles from Mitch now and he’s made it very simple and fast! Much appreciated for what he does to make it work out the best and quickly, gets straight to work and has answer faster any other place!
