The staff in collision department was great.

The staff in collision department was great. Tony was the best. It was wonderful working with him. Everything was done in a timely manner. Tony keep in touch with me though the whole process. I would recommend Green to anyone who is in need fir service. Ask to speak with Tony.

Avoid at all cost.

I wish there was a "no star" option. Avoid at all cost. Salesman, Chase Haage does not seem to know the concept of honesty. After multiple emails and texts, he never forwarded the information to the appropriate people, but lied and said he did. He claimed the car was detailed before I picked it up, but the vehicle barely had an exterior wash. The interior windows had not been cleaned and the interior had not been vacuumed. After the purchase, Chase seemed to have been so bothered at me holding him accountable that he installed my rear plate (with the registration sticker) in the front thinking I would not notice. When I asked him to fix it, he claimed he was not thinking. The rear was even worse: he installed my front plate upside down. Of course this time, I had to tell him I need to watch him install it to make sure he got it right. Even after it was agreed that they owed me a part that was missing, Chase always claimed it was someone else's fault that it was never sent. I finally included the finance manager and received the part almost a month later, but was missing the clips to install the part. They are hopeless. If you're thinking it is just the salesperson, think again. The finance manger claimed they had to run my credit report for me to purchase the vehicle even though I was dropping 20 grand and had a check for the balance to pay the vehicle off. Fortunately, I am not stupid; they did not run my credit report because I refused to give them the information to run it. Mind you, I did not purchase a $10k car, I ended up dropping over 100K. This place is the epitome of a shady dealership. Avoid this place at all cost. It is sad to think there are some reputable dealership out there, but places like this make all car buyers weary of trusting any dealership.

I wouldn't suggest anyone to give them their hard earned money! My vehicle was a little over 14,000 I was told I had to pay an extra 3000 for the finance company to finance. I've given almost 10,000 in under 5 months. I go to pay off my vehicle and my payout is the amount of my vehicle.

Dishonest, sketchy

Sold us a 2016 Ford with 60,000 miles and two hours later the check engine light came on. Took it to a local Ford mechanic and was advised 1. Oil leaking everywhere and 2. Our ENTIRE engine needs replaced as their is a fault of coolant leaking into the engine. Simply replacing parts would not fix the issue. For how long this car was on the lot at Green, we highly doubt they did not know about these issues prior to selling, especially for how quickly the check engine light came on after us buying. They pretty much just told us "this is why you buy a warranty" Very sketch place and had the worst experience. We are now having to pay for a different dealership to replace the entire engine.
