2011 Traverse recall and battery replacement
I had a new battery put in wife's Traverse, and you did a recall on the lift gate. The wait was not long at all, and I was very satisfied with the service.

More than I had asked for!
The initial problem was fixed promptly ( they found a screw in the side of a tire - not fixable, but the new tire was acquired and installed the next day) but noticed that an oil change was imminent. I had planned to do that this week, but thanks to the alertness of Baum' staff, it was done when they fixed the tire. That saved me a lot of time in a very busy week, and I'm very grateful.
