I should have listened to the 1-star reviews. First and last time shopping here, and didn’t even get a vehicle. I put a deposit down on a truck at the Coeur d’Alene location with Greg and now Kellogg is selling it out from under me. I spoke with Bruce at Kellogg and he says there’s no record of another buyer besides me and my deposit, however Greg confirmed the truck is already in finance with another buyer. Hopefully my deposit comes back as easy as they took it. I was very hesitant to shop with Dave Smith after some very concerning reviews on the Cars.com app and as it turns out their customer service is just as poor as those reviewers described.

Andrew Palmer is the salesman you want to talk to about your next purchase of a vehicle I got mine through him and he was the most helpful salesman I have ever had for anything vehicle or not this man is awesome!! He even came in on his day off multiple times just for me to make sure I got a rig and was on the road in a very short time even though he had family plans! I highly and very highly recommend Andrew Palmer for your next purchase of a vehicle you will not be disappointed with this salesman he’s the man! And thank you Andrew Palmer for going above and beyond what I expected out of a salesman thank you sir! The salesman was amazing!! Had the vehicle for 7 days, now have awful clunking noise.Called 8AM Monday morning for service, can't get vehicle into check until Thursday. So no transportation for days, so not impressed!!

I recently bought a used Toyota tundra from Dave Simth motors. The truck was priced right $32,000. I put $10,000 down. Somehow and unannounced to me $7,000 was added to my financing. I will never buy a vehicle from Dave smith motors again. I urge everyone to only buy vehicles from dealers ships that are transparent in their practices. Dave smith motors is not an honest establishment in my opinion. They make the prices low an then mark it up behind your back.
