While the dealership website was not very accommodating initially, I was able to start a dialogue using the chat feature and schedule everything that I wished to get accomplished that way. Nice! Arrived maybe 10 minutes ahead of schedule and was in and out in no time. Appreciate the detailed maintenance check done which uncovered a dirty air filter and weak battery (I elected to take care of those myself). I happened to see that my vehicle was parked in the finish lane so I wandered back out to the service counter unannounced. I didn't see Ruth anywhere but instead of an awkward indeterminate wait, Denny stepped in and completed the checkout. That's what win together looks like to me.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. I asked and was given an early morning appointment. The service scheduler was very professional,cordial and efficient. The service technician was polite and helpful and I was in and back on the road in 40 minutes. Excellent experience!

She was very attentive and explained findings very well. I sat down away from the wait lounge and she went to get me when my car was ready.

Great service department. It's always good to see the same faces. Ruth and Dale have been around a long time. Hope they stay longer.
