worst experience ever

if i could give 0 stars, i would. terrible salespeople. sold my fiancé a vehicle without letting him know all the issues the vehicle had. claimed the vehicle wasn’t in inventory & pretended to get a phone call about the vehicle just to speed up the sale. claimed he couldn’t get better financing on the vehicle & destroyed him price wise. we thought the vehicle was great, nothing but issues since. no 4WD, the AC barely works, there’s a fan that kicks on as if it’s overheating when he (sales) claimed the vehicle was a smooth ride with no issues. they don’t return phone calls, have lazy salespeople & managers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THE SALESPERSON MAALIK

Crooks beware.

Horrible .sold me a car that could not be driven safely. I asked for warranty was ignlred,asked them to inspect it that was ignored as well for good reasons. To start front end had extensive damage control arms,ball joints,tie rods,all bent an over greased, 2 rims are cracked,car over heats,an the diffrencal was shot ,an wheel berring bad.driveshaft couplings were shredded. There mechanics bandaid the car extremely well . Yes partially my fault i was desperate for a car for work .but on the other hand goe is it legal to sell a car thats not safe to be on the road.. so after thousands of dollars its now safe unfortunately its out of my pocket. They should have there dealership license stripped away from them they are crooks.

Used Car Dealer - Go to Jazz!

Waste of time, SCAM, do not give them business!!!

Went here after getting a call back on a 97 Honda Accord. I inquired about financing and asked if it was possible, and was ASSURED that it was, despite the vehicles age. Got there and the car wouldn't start. Had to push start it because the jump pack wasn't working. Christian told me it was his first time in the car and I couldn't drive it off the lot because the brakes were soft. Upon further inspection, it had only a drop of oil on the stick (not in the safe zone at all!), the power steering fluid was nearly empty, the brake fluid reservoir was *dry* on one side, and there was no visible coolant in the radiator. Clutch grabbed at the floor because of no brake fluid, and the car had a bad axle when making turns. It also had a check engine code for some emissions system, a P1359. It was loud from an exhaust leak and topping it all off, the body of the car was dented and faded. I offered them $500 and told them I would begrudgingly finance it at $1500 and was told $2700 was their bottom dollar.. the car is listed at $2995 and it's clear they took it on a trade and got hosed, and are now trying to make up for it. While they did offer to fix some things, like the brakes (huge safety concern! Why list the car!?) they remained adamant about not financing it and told me to check out some other cars on the lot. Most of which were automatic (I came for a manual) and all of which were out of my price range (I have had three cars die this year and am financially strapped). Needless to say, I left without a word and now I am here to make sure they lose business or become better business people. Christian, Danny, and Jenna.. get your act together. You owe me a tank of gas for WASTING MY TIME.

Poor Customer Service

Came up on a Saturday put a deposit down on a car, my bank was closed over the weekend so I couldn’t get my loan approved. Monday I call asking if the car is out of service to be told someone else was coming to get it and if they didn’t it would be mine. So Tuesday I get pre-approved and my declaration from insurance ready to be told that they are in at 9 am when they open and they buy the car... Sales manager at Penn Auto Group was very rude/ inconsiderate wouldnt consider buying another car from here again.

when needing a used good car right away

Our sales person was Neileen and she was very helpful and great. It was our first time having a female as a car sales person and she did an AWSOME job. The car my son bought was very nice used with low mileage and at a great price. I’m so glad we went to that dealership in Bethlehem, Pa.

Car Shopping

The team was friendly and not pushy about making you walk away with a higher priced car. Although the dealership was busy, Shaun spent the time I required to look at and test each of the cars I was interested in. While you may have to wait in what looks like 'grandma's basement' Shaun and other staff (Jazz; Cheyanne) would often check-in to let me know where they were in the process. The price was excellent and was a relatively easy process to buy a used car.

Sales Manager Paul is a LIAR

My boyfriend and I purchased 2 vehicles on 2/29/20 from Cindy who was absolutely the best and deserves 5 stars! We also dealt with Danny in finance who too was the best and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars for Danny too! Cheyanne a sales rep so kindly took all of my calls and did her very best to help. Cora in their back office went above and beyond as well to help me get the information I needed and was such a pleasure to deal with! Thank you ladies for being genuinely good people! However the 1 Star comes from how awful things turned out when I was charged $389.46 from Ally financial for my monthly car payment on a car that I traded in on 2/29/20. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Paul who is the WORST!!!! He was a rude as could be and showed no concern for me and the financial issue I was addressing that caused my bank account to overdraft and incur additional fees. He LIED to me and told me that my loan payoff was sent on 3/13/20. Today I received the tracking number for that payment which shows the check was sent TODAY 3/19/20 at 10:30am. Today is day 20. I have purchased several cars over the years and I have NEVER had a dealership take so long to pay off a trade! So I basically just paid a car payment on a car that I no longer have and Paul refused to reimburse me due to THEIR ERROR! Paul is a liar and has exhibited shady businesses practices to say the least! Had I not of called yesterday who knows if my trade would have even been paid off at all?!?!?! One bad apple truly ruined what started off as a great car buying experience! Shame on you Paul for having ZERO integrity! I would strongly recommend avoiding all dealings with this deceitful person and hope that Mr. Singh (the owner) does not in anyway condone Paul’s behavior! No customer deserves to be treated or spoken to the way Paul treated and spoke to me EVER let alone after they just purchased 2 vehicles from your establishment!

Great experience

My daughter purchased her first car from here . Great experience found the car on cars.com contacted dealership said was at service department getting looked over and had it delivered to dealership for us same day. Jaz is the man he got everything taken care of quickly.
