Purchased 2018 KIA Stinger GT2 in July 2018. Probably didn't get a the best deal but I love the car. The service is good. Shuttle service is awesome. Brenda is good about calling back.

Very professional atmosphere at Kia.
Very professional atmosphere at Kia. My salesman Chris Rome was extremely knowledgeable on the cars he showed me. He gave me detailed information on the safety of the vehicles and on features. He drove the cars over to me to check out once I narrowed down my selection. Very mannerable and respectful young man. I wish Kia had more inventory in stock and I would have definitely made a purchase. Chris followed up with me after my visit, but I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. The front desk experience needs tweaking. Customers are being asked personal information out in the open (name, cell number, etc). This information is private and should be protected. There should be a device to enter in this info (small tablet maybe) - for check in. Main area is too open when discussing personal information- best practice at Volkswagon on this- their sales offices have partitions (prior into going into the finance office). A customer should not be able to hear another customer discussing their DOB, address, driver's license number, etc. In the age of identity theft and cyber crime measures should be in place to protect a customers personal information, whether exchanged verbally or in written form. Best practice at Kia for the paperless signing during a purchase! All forms loaded on a USB - brilliant. I suggest placing the USB on a Keychain when given to customers. Pretty small and could be lost easily, Keychain vs. 1 one of the t-shirts. Car buying experience can be lengthy at times. I suggest providing healthy snack options for customers. Low sugar and salt options (especially for customers with children on site), and for those with diabetes who haven eaten all day. (Low sugar lollipops, unsalted almonds, etc). Better snack options for employees as well. Peak performance starts with a good diet. Employees should have teas vs coffee in breakroom areas (green maybe) and healthier options in vending machines to help avoid sugar crashes.

All the staff were very courteous. The salesman, Daniel was especially helpful. He had a great understanding of what I wanted. He was also knowledgeable of equipment on vehicle. I’m enjoying my new Telluride.
