Experience and process was all around amazing.

Experience and process was all around amazing. I went to buy a used car and walked out with a brand new 2023. I love the car, more than happy to be an owner of a 23’ forte gt! Kevin who sold us the car did an amazing job going through and explaining each thing in detail about the car! Kevin was very knowledgeable on the car and not only the car he sold me but the other ones we looked at. He was very nice and helpful!

Busy Service Dept, (the only one in our area that

Busy Service Dept, (the only one in our area that actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was covered under Kia warranty and put me in a rental car -Hertz at the Columbus airport was also fabulous- and replaced my engine 3 weeks ahead of schedule. James “too tall” Orr is a true asset to their service department.

Service appointments

I always say Kia is the Chick-fil-A in car service. But what is extremely frustrating with Kia is these service appointments and walk ins even when you make an appointment your car is there HOURS do a walk-in they’re kinda rude about it only for your car to be there HOURS TOO so to me it’s definitely pointless making appointments and they’re usually 2/3 weeks out with the work schedule I work walking in and leaving it is more convenient and I shouldn’t be treated ANY different or rudely about it because I am a paying customer as well
