The car has 60,000 miles nine years on the tires and they will not change them even though they’re free for life marked on the service report that the with the most dry rot tire was great?,if something happens I’m suing it has been documented with my lawyer. Only owner.

Kia service department👎
My car is almost brand new. I went in for a simple maintenance: tire rotation ,oil change. Kia said:? Technician did not put my oil plug back in properly. I live 40miles away. My car broke down on the side of the road. The car was smoking terribly. All the oil was pouring out on the ground. I Called Kia, it took 3hrs before the tow arrived. It was freezing outside. Kia almost blew up my motor. I don't know for sure, there still might be damage? Kia said they fixed the leak. I had to bring the car back again, because it was still leaking oil. They said it was left over oil residue? My whole day (8am-5pm) was ruined because of Kia drastic error. Please check under your car for oil leaks, when Kia change your oil. Unfortunately, Kia has lost me as an ongoing customer.
