My car is practically new.

My car is practically new. I took my car in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I live 40miles away. My car broke down on the side of the road. It was smoking terribly. All the oil was pouring out on the ground. I Called Kia the tow took 3hrs. Kia said the technician did not put the oil plug back in properly? Kia said they fix the problem and clean all the left over oil residue. I had to bring the car back because oil was still leaking under the car. Kia said it was leftover residue? Kia almost blew up my motor. I don't know there still may be damage? Kia ruined my whole entire day( 8am-5pm), because of their drastic error. Please check under your car after an oil change with Kia. Unfortunately, Kia has lost me as an ongoing customer.

I've been admiring the Kia Telluride for a couple of

I've been admiring the Kia Telluride for a couple of years and finally decided to take the plunge after the engine blew in my current SUV. Chris was so professional and explained all the options available and how long it would take to order a new one and although I didn't get the color I originally ordered, I'm so glad I got a different color that came in. Chris walked me through setting up my phone and all the little extras in the car. I'm so happy with my new Telluride!!

Excellent service.

Excellent service. I sold my truck to KIA Auto sports. The process was absolutely fantastic. The price was exactly what KBB and KIA site told me no haggling needed. Harry Turner was great. From the moment I walked in the dealership he made the process effortless. He exuded kindness and caring. He hand walked me through everything. He called to check on me and keep me updated. He even reminded me that the next day was Valentines day in case I forgot to buy my wife something.

A little pushy at one point (salesmen wanted me to "sign

A little pushy at one point (salesmen wanted me to "sign my commitment to him" to give my offer for approval by the manager? Kinda weird and predatory, but whatever, guess that is the standard?). Besides that, good experience. The finance office (Clarence) was pretty rude. He was VERY pushy on the warranties, questioned my judgement, and also forgot some steps until I reminded my salesmen before I left. It was not a terrible experience but definitely not perfect by any means.

Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. The car salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The finance manager was friendly and helpful as well.

Not happy with Kia Service Dept

Hard to get an appointment for repairs. Repairs not done correctly first time. Factory recall made radio not work. Not offer a ride had to wait.
