I had a Sorento that was broken into with an attempt to

I had a Sorento that was broken into with an attempt to steal it. It was dropped off on 8/1. The steering column had been pried open and I wanted to be sure there was no other damage before driving it. I received my estimate from my insurance company on 8/6 for $12 that all that needed done was to snap it back together. Well, we are now at 8/12. I had followed up every day since 8/8. Multiple times I was told I would receive a call back that never came. The vehicle has not been checked by Kia Express. The concern I would have is why is the service at Kia so backed up? What does that say about a Kia's reliability? Why are the stolen so often and so easily? I'm paying for a rental for 11 days for a supposed $12 repair. One more example of why Kia is a poor investment.

Thanks RODNEY VERA! Great salesmanship! He was patient kind and cool helping me with all my questions to figure out the new technology of my 2022 CRV I purchased. Traded in my 2010. Coming from Buffalo, NY he made everything effortless. I was nervous coming from another state… easy peasy! I highly recommend Kia Auto express, beautiful place! 👍

In August, we took our Kia Seltos in to be repaired

In August, we took our Kia Seltos in to be repaired because the entire instrument control stopped working. Now four months later, the entire instrument panel went out again. Although we cannot tell how fast we are traveling and how much gas we we have, we were informed by the Service Department that the car is perfectly safe to drive until they can come up with a plan. This has been going on now for three weeks. We are paying for a car that is NOT safe to drive along with car insurance. The car is less than two years old. I have a medically fragile child that is going to now miss doctor appointments because of a lack of response from the Service Department and their refusal to provide us with a rental. A rental that we are also paying for and were to be provided.

Great buying experience

The whole experience was great. No high pressure, a nice, laid - back atmosphere. Our salesman, Devin Almleaf, was great to work with. The business Mgr, Jason Swindlehurst, was fast with preparing the paperwork and very thorough to make sure everything was explained. The sales Mgr, Brian Logan, was very helpful also. What a great group of guys to deal with. All of them were very friendly! Oh yea, the vehicle is great too! Thanks for making our first Kia purchase a great one! I will be sure to tell everyone about Auto Express Kia!

The Perfect Salesman

I went into Auto Express in search of a new blue sportage. John Bizzarro walked up to me right away to assist me. He found the perfect blue sportage I was looking for and I made my purchase. Thank you, John your a great salesman!!!!

Car shopping

We really don't like the whole "buying a new car experience" but John Bizzarro made this a good one. He worked very hard to get us into the right vehicle. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive and we appreciated all his hard work to get us a good deal. The next and last step was financing and that is where we didn't feel we were getting the best deal possible and left.

Best Car experience ever!

I have a2019 Kia Sportage, I bought from the dealership new. I have nothing negative to say about this dealership, The staff is kind and friendly, it's CLEAN! The service department is excellent, very friendly and really listen to what you have to say, they don't make you feel like your an idiot because you don't know much about cars and they don't take advantage of that fact either! Good people working there, always take great care of my car in a timely manner, and have always gotten it done right the first time! I love this dealership, I love their service department, and I love my Kia! I just wish Kia would start to make a full size pick-up truck next!

1 yr service for 2022 Telluride

I purchased a 2022 Telluride here last year. Love the vehicle. Plenty of room to haul most purchases at Lowes or Home Depot. Also love the alarms it gives you when backing up or changing lanes. I brought the car in for yearly inspection and service. Service was prompt and done correctly.
