I had an appt at 11:30am and checked in at 10am. My car was not done with the oil change and tire rotation until after 2pm. Worst experience ever!

Everything was pretty good. It took a long time to honor a coupon I brought in. It was resolved friendly and professionally but I feel like it took longer than it should have.
