Oil change went well, however I was sold a car with squeaky brakes service says it’s due to after market brakes installed. I spoke service manager told me he would call me back! But unfortunately he never did. The car is 3 months old and still makes noise when driven I even purchased the warranty what a waste of money I’ll never buy a car from Downey Hyundai again! signed unhappy Customer!

This was the third dealership we went to to find someone that would help us purchase our new car and we're so glad we did. We were connected with Javier, and he was the perfect person for the job. Walked us thru the different models, our trade in values, different options for monthly payments and beyond. Kept consistent contact and made us feel comfortable with every step of the process. Got Riham in finance to help and she was another extension of the quick professionalism Downey Hyundai employs. Javier even walked us thru the different functions in our new car and set up the blue link that Hyundai has. So awesome! We will come back for our next car to this dealership!
