nothing bad to say about ricky, he did his best ?? music inside was very loud, finance manager spoke too fast. staff not very aware of how the website experience connects to the in-person experience and seem disorganized in general - not their fault.

What is the point of an appointment if you are going to service EVERYONE else who came AFTER me?! Arrived at 7:05 am for my 7:15 am appt. 5+ hours waiting with NO update from Rene, my supposed “service advisor”. I came in for something so simple. Not even an oil change. No “oh let me check up on your car” “sorry for the wait” I’ve watched 15+ people get their cars before me. Outrageous. They only noticed me after I pointed out that my car was parked in the back for the entire time I waited
