Rude, and unprofessional! Sale representative wouldn’t even make small talk, felt as if we were taking up her time, until vehicle was purchased then her face changed completely and was talkative.

When I picked up the vehicle someone had left the
When I picked up the vehicle someone had left the driver's window down and there was bird droppings on the armrest in my seat! Later in the day I noticed that the time and mileage for next service had not been reset so I had to return on Monday morning so I can be Sharon how to do it myself

Leaving the driver’s window down and the resulting mess is not acceptable, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.
