The appointment was easy to make, the department wasn’t too busy on the Sunday, and I got my car back relatively quickly. All in all, it was nice.

Had an appointment and they didn't have the piece I needed. Waste of my time. And they moved my car and since I left the dealer my CarPlay doesn't work anymore

They said they fixed my tire that had a nail in it, but
They said they fixed my tire that had a nail in it, but it still has a nail in it they just rotated my tires without fixing it. Not only is that wrong but I could've gotten hurt driving with it in the rain!!

He said I needed a recall done and it was going to take 4
He said I needed a recall done and it was going to take 4 hours, I said ok and was out an hour in a half and I asked if the recall was taken care of and he wasn't sure and even now I have no idea if it was taken care of. I spoke to two people already and no one has gotten back to me
