It was early morning drop off on a Tuesday sent me a few text that they received the vehicle after that. The communication wasn't good. I had to be notifying them to check on my vehicle. Customer service on the telephone was terrible too. They had me waiting for over 30 minutes.

I had to bring my vehicle in 3 times for the same issue and as of today the issue continues and is not fixed. The dealership makes you sit and smell toxic incense and super loud music while you wait. Some of us have disabilities and cannot tolerate either.
