Everything was great except 2 things.
Everything was great except 2 things. 1-my first invoice was for $10 more than my coupon. That was corrected. 2- I told Jose to take the 323 telephone number off my account. That had not been done, obviously.

Went for an oil change / tire rotation jan 11 /2025 which
Went for an oil change / tire rotation jan 11 /2025 which the tire rotation did not happened but was charged, now I need to go back tomorrow Tuesday jan 14/2025 for the rotation .. is like 20 minutes away from my house... time,gas, wasted when it could have done, right the first time correct..omg

This was my first time @ Valley Hi Honda I had a service
This was my first time @ Valley Hi Honda I had a service done on my 2014 CRV The service adviser was very informative, also let me know on long it would probably take. She missed by 20 minutes. It was done 20 minutes earlier than she thought it would. I was impressed with the service. I didn’t buy my vehicle there, when I was looking to buy a vehicle I was not impressed with the sales dept. So I went to Rock Honda and was treated very well. When I’m ready to purchase again I’ll give your sales dept another shot.
