They really went above and beyond for me.

They really went above and beyond for me. There was an issue servicing my car at the dealership. They gave a me a car rental and delivered the fixed car to me. When they returned it they washed and cleaned it too. I spilt some oil inside the trunk. I was really pleasantly surprised by the experience. I don't think you could get this anywhere else. They set my expectations high for other dealerships.

I love the video of the work performed.

I love the video of the work performed. The service advisors are very friendly. I wish I had known they did not do the tire rotation. I found out on the video. I had a $21 off coupon I could have used without the tire rotation. I was told it was done at checkout with the oil change. Also I waited for a car wash. The car didn’t look like they washed it. It had dirt streaks like as if it was just rinsed and bird poop in many areas. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. Just a little disappointed. I usually get really good service here. Maybe they were just busy.
