Mr. Demetrius Hall made my sales experience amazing. Leasing a car on a non-banking day, near closing time, and during heavy thunderstorms was certainly not the ideal choice, but it was one I made nonetheless. Demetrius didn't bat an eye. My original vehicle of choice was out on loan, but that wasn't an issue. He quickly presented a similar X5 with comparable features. It had all the safety features I wanted and an even better color scheme. When he noticed it was my birthday, he surprised me by placing a pink bow on the car while I finalized the paperwork with Mr. Trey Leggett. Both gentlemen were highly professional, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
