Excellent service Please change the number of words long. It's a little too much.

We had an appointment at 10am, dropped our car off at 9am. We never recieved calls or texts regarding our car. When we called at 1 for an update, they said they were just starting our car. We went shopping and to lunch to give them more time. At 3 we called again since we had not received anything, the car was just finished. They completed an oil change and a tire rotation. Thankfully I did not have to wait with my children at the center or I would have been stuck there for the entire day. Not sure what the point was to make an appointment when it didn’t matter anyway
