Excellent customer service. I was in the market for a Samurai and started following one on the Approved Autos lot. I reached out and talked to Jim leading to me driving to Bakersfield from Long Beach to check it out. After test driving it we made a deal. When there was issues with the title Jim took care of it without hesitation. I would do business with Approved Autos again.

Seen this truck in this dealership. Few years ago. Since than the 2002 Lincoln truck. Has not lower the price. This is not a classic muscle car. This vehicle is over priced. Compare to other similar vehicles.

Great to work with. Local company, fair prices lots of nice quality vehicles. Our family has bought several vehicles from them and all solid vehicles. Highly recommend.

It was my first time buying a car ever. Approved Autos had a good selection of cars for a decent prices. The process was very easy and fast. Everything was explained to me and they weren't trying to rip me off! Highly recommend this place.

I have bought 4 cars myself. Numerous family members have bought cars from Jim. He has a mechanic in the back who does safety inspections on ALL of the vehicles that go throught on the lot. If theres some repairs to be made that are major jim will have the mechanic fix it. I highly respect Jims personality and how his way of b uisness flows. You feel comfortable when going t hrought the process of doing an application. It doesn't feel like someone is trying to jip you into a loan you're not comfortable doing. He does not push you into buying a car. He does everything he can to get you approved for a car you'd like. All the vehicles I have bought are great quality and have had no problems.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Approved Autos and I am extremely happy with the vehicle and the way I was trrated by Jim, this was my 3rd car I got from him.

I purchased a vehicle from this company and within 1 yr of having the vehicle this company took the car from me without my knowledge. They planned it in advance. All my payments were up to date.They have the vehicle and are trying to resale it. They make money off of people and the towing companies work with them so they can make a profit together. This is how the low end car dealerships conduct their businesses in Bakersfield by lying to people. Watch out for State Farm on Rosedale Hwy too. They work with Jim Brooks. Jim will suggest you use Johnny Williamson at State Farm on Rosedale Hwy....So they pass you around to their friends businesses to get kick backs.
