While vehicle shopping for my daughter, I had founded a Honda Fit at Folsom Lake Honda. I submitted an interest via email and Alfonso responded back rather quickly. I made arrangements to see and show the vehicle to my daughter. Initially she did not like it from a distance, but once up close and having her sitting in it, she loved it. Alfonso was great, he help put the paper work in motion and it was a done deal, all within an hours time frame, test ride, negotiations and signing papers. My daughter is happy to have her first vehicle and I am thankful for the help at Folsom Lake Honda.

I test drove a CRV for the first time. I'm 81 years young but was unsure if this was a good fit for me. Daran, the salesman, was very supportive. Josh, the finance manager, was very thorough but not pushy. He offered an extended warranty that was tailored to my driving habits. Overall, it was a great exoerience.
