This has been my best experience in a dealership in many years. From my initial phone call trying to find a particular vehicle to the day of delivery my salesperson Carly was awesome and communicated immediately to let me know any news/forecast of my vehicle arrival date etc. . She was the best option any body could have for assisting in a purchase. The day of delivery Carly explained all the options and showed how use all correctly. She is an asset to the dealership and when you go to purchase your next vehicle make sure to ask for CARLY K.

Online order, flawless execution no games and nonsense! I found this dealer through a friend of mine who is a wholesaler, I am also a former dealer and I detest the added fees, added things you do not need games. This is October of 2022 and cars are scarce and extra fees are prevalent. Not at Maguire, not one game no nonsense and the car is being shipped to me in Tampa. Michael and Clayton were quick to respond, the deal was EXACTLY what was agreed to with no nonsense. Clayton got the doc's out perfectly to me with the fedex and return fedex flawlessly executed. I can't stress this enough, the execution is flawless. Clayton even found me the shipper! I wish I lived in Ithica to use the service department (by the way we have 4 Toyota's in the family now) this was the best transaction. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done.

Easy to make an appointment. The staff at the service desk are always friendly and helpful. We feel we can depend on the work done. No worries. They even wash the car…a rare thing done today and a very nice and appreciated service. We travel over an hour to go to this dealer.
