Low Auto Sales

Sales experience here was great. Friendly, low pressure. Bought a used Sonic here. After i brought it home it threw engine codes. When I called the owner, Justin was very friendly and accommodating and asked to check the car to make it right. Ended up Low replaced an expensive part which was failing. A very stand-up move I thought. High integrity place.

It was horrible the Volvo didn't run well and the ignition stopped working i was stuck at the gas station across the street they did put me in a different car but i have a lot of work to do to this one as well.

You guys have been ignoring my calls and u guys sold me a car with a blown head gasket and oil leek won't hold coolant and over heat smokes it broke down right down the road brought it back u guys didn't even fix it I've tried to call cause legally with as is u have to include the issues if a laymn can figure out those issues in a minute this is illegal if you guys do not contact me and fix it ill continue with the laywer im sorry but once again un acceptable the car isn't even worth as much as u sold it for new the rage is 900 to 1600(inshape) I just need u guys to contact me plz!!! Every time I call i get hung up on You guys told me this was a reliable commuter car

Purchased a Nissan Xterra from low auto for $7,000. One month,and little miles later I had to put $1,159 in parts and labor into it.The front wheel bearings were wore out,and it also needed a left tie rod end and alignment.Low placed two different brands of tires on the vehicle to make it drive straight-for awhile. Low auto sales is selling junk for high dollar! They may have sold JUNK to the wrong person as I am disabled and have nothing but time so it will be no big deal to picket there car lot all day with plenty of interesting signs.

Very dissapointed. I just bought a car here a week ago. It didn't have a tail light or blinker AND needed an alignment but I thought to myself "you know thats easy enough" Guess I should have assumed that if they can't fix something as easy as a tail light they probably aren't looking into their cars after buying them. I get home and the whole car "clunks" I call and ask about it and they say "you bought it As-Is" - fair enough. Even though i was told they looked at the car before selling and it was "just fine" Won't be going going back.

Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.
