Personalized service

I travel 16 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Ferman. Brian kept me abreast of the service progress and invited me to text him any questions I may have as the work progressed. I appreciate the coffee bar, the clean restrooms, and the well kept waiting area.

A truly above and beyond service experience.

My service writer Kevin was excellent as always. His dedication to making sure my service experience is as easy as possible, his handling of any questions I have and his attention to detail and quick response make sure I will always bring my Jeep back to Ferman. We live an hour away and I will still make the drive to get this level of service.

Staff was informative and kind as I looked at a black 2019 Dodge Challenger. George was a great salesman! The dealership made it easy to be a returning customer.

It was all purched by phone, flawlessly!!!

Very efficient from the first call to the taking position of the vehicle. My sales associated did it all without complaint, even arranged a currier to come to my home, 2.5 hours away to sign paper . . . That is customer service. Very impressive!

Great service

Purchased a new ram 1500 in 2016 from Ferman. The whole buying experience was great. We love the customer service here. Even 2 years later, we get the same great service and attitude as we did from day 1. Facilities at ferman are top notch and thats the way they treat you. A+

I recalled part was replaced in my 2015 jeep

A recalled part was replaced in my 2015 jeep along with the routine oil change. Both seem to be done accurately. Most importantly I was greeted and treated very well from the time I walked in until the time I left. The gentleman handling my service appointment could not have been more courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him and believe that he is an asset to Ferman

Great service, friendly pleasant and helpful folks

We enjoyed working with these people. Jon Hurley was our sales person and he was quite knowledgable about the things that we asked about. These people were easy to work with and niether of us felt pressured into buying. There is also a large inventory and plenty of choices available.
