Recall/Oil Change/Tire Rotation

I was only in mainly for an oil change and tire rotation, but the airbag had a recall so had left at the garage for the add'l work. Kevin was up front on length of time and set expectations in completion of the work. It was very much on time and prompt which is sometimes an issue whenever leaving a car off for service. I will continue to bring the Jeep back to this location and schedule further service with Kevin.

Tire Pressure Sencor replacment in tire.

Had A very fast service I was thinking it would take at least a couple of days I got it back in hours Was Made me Very Happy All service employments were very helpfull I want to thank the whole service people. Thank you will be back.

Great Experience!

Bobby took great care of my needs and was courteous. Drove over an hour to visit him vs. the local xxxx of a dealership that we gave a chance to twice. Bobby had cars pulled up and ready for us that fit what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed as I was choosing between a luxury truck or a sports car.

New Ram

I worked with John Hurley buying my 2019 Ram Big Horn. He made me feel like family and and made the entire process seamless. We were able to get out of our old vehicle when other dealers couldn't do it.

Outstanding

I drive from Seminole FL to Lutz to have my 2015 SRT Challenger serviced and in all manner looked after at Ferman. From the time I purchased my vehicle at Ferman to the current service and part replacement, this dealership is the best I've ever had the opportunity to deal with in my 61 years of owning and driving cars. Bryan and Brenda are the best service writers in the State, and Bob Cooper get's cudos on how his folks in the service department conduct business. If you want a top notch experience at a Dodge, Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership, this is the place to go.

Bill was amazing and very helpful

I have been having a lot of issues with my Dodge Ram and even though Bill Clement (in the service department) and the team there were not able to duplicate the issue to fix it they were very helpful! Bill has been able to help with any questions I had and has continued to help even though the truck is no longer there. Thank you Bill for all of your help! Hope our truck gets fixed soon.
