Excellent service

My Wrangler had been sitting for a while and needed tires and air-conditioning work. This was accomplished quickly and at a price below what I expected. The service team was exceptionally cordial.

Always the best customer service.

I like bringing my vehicle here since it's so convenient to my home. Also the service is great, the folks are always polite and the quality of service is top notch. Sometimes I drop it off and come back, other times I wait for it. Their waiting area is comfortable and very relaxed atmosphere. If you want to give your vehicle superior service, look no further than Ferman Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep of Lutz on State Road 54.

2019 Ram 3500

Ordered a new 2019 Ram 3500 from Brian the sales manager back in January. Spoke with him and sales manager Mike several times to get updates. Truck finally arrived a few days ago. Went to the dealer and meet Brian Mike my salesman Joey and finance guy Richard. Everyone made my family feel like we were apart of theirs. Buying experience was a breeze. Love my truck and the way we were treated. I even went back 2 days later and bought another truck. Truly an amazing dealership with even more amazing staff. Only place I'll ever buy from again.

In and out fast - As always!!

Came in for an oil change and rotation and Brian Guest was able to also take care of my recall at the same time. I expected to have to come back for the recall later once I got my post card that the part was in. Always top notch service from Brian and the rest of the team!!!

Great service

Friendly comfortable atmosphere inside. Fast service, first time with the new leased Jeep. This is the 3rd vehicle purchase from Ferman on 54.... Why go anywhere else?

Found a beautiful Jeep at a beautiful price!

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ferman in Lutz took great care of me, and the buying process there was painless. I dealt with Brad Butler and Tom Frost on a Sunday afternoon and could not be happier with my Jeep!

Thanks to Joey and Robert

I have to thank Joey for going the extra step, even though I wanted the Scat Pack, he walked the entire lot with me. He took the time to explain everything and stayed late until everything was taken care of. We found a RT that I am extremely satisfied with (see you Joey in 18 months to purchase the Scat Pack!) Joey answered my questions and had a honest no BS approach which I appreciated, especially after driving so far to buy a vehicle. I also want to thank Robert in Finance for his speed and accuracy in dealing with my trade in and the speed he was able to close the deal. I had to return on Sunday to get the New vehicle detailed. I appreciate all the efforts Joey had done to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend anyone to visit the dealership. Everyone I spoke to last Saturday (and Sunday) was extremely professional and friendly.
