Oil Change/Plugs

This service involved oil change and plugs,. This year I have put a lot of miles on my truck and have towed two cars some distance without issue. I worked Ferman before each of these trips, to ensure my truck was at peak performance. Ferman delivered, I had zero issues on each of my four trips, out of states. Feman takes exceptional care of my truck, and I will continue to have them take care of it.,

5 Star Dealership and Service Department

Since my purchase of a new Dodge SRT Challenger in September of 2015 I have impressed at every point of my contact with this business. The purchase process was a breeze, the first time in my over 70 years of age. The Service department, starting with the service writers/advisors, and particularly the techs have proven over the last three (3) years to be one of the finest I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Amazing Experience

Everyone I dealt with here was great. I came in with knowing exactly what I wanted and what my budget was and they were very happy to help and did not try to sway me. They worked with me to get the price just where I needed it. Filippo was great in helping me find the car I wanted and what fit my needs. took good care of my ram truck

tom at ferman kept me informed every step of the way with the multiple challenges with my truck. the loaner was truly appreciated. tom is my pit crew chief and he keeps me running on the roads of tampa and his crew do a fine job. they fixed an out of alignment wheel that has been a challenge for years with other mechanics. thank you. see you again. michael giordano

The Service team did an great job.

The Tech checked out my car and found out I needed a new battery. They put in a new battery and also did a LOF change.

Outstanding Customer Service
