Good Selection, Great Customer Service

Looked at 3 dealers before stopping into Ferman. Should have started here. Walked in and was greeted by Jonathan Semidey. He asked what brought me in, I told him what I was looking for and he took me to view one of the 2 they had in stock. I told him this one was a little over my budget and quickly ran to the other lot and grabbed the other. He walked through everything in the vehicle, let me test drive it and collected all the info for the sale. An hour later, I was driving off the lot with a new Trailhawk... Great job guys.

Outstanding service!

I received great service from Brad Butler, and a price I was happy with .He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I recently purchased another vehicle from Brad and that is the reason I returned and purchased again.

Great Experience

Arrived 10 minutes before schedule, they had oil changed, tries rotated and service complete in 35 minutes. I was doing emails, watching the news and drinking complimentary coffee - next thing I knew the called my name and car was in front of the door. Honestly, the atmosphere is so nice I want to stay - haha!

Great Experience!

I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. My salesperson, Doug, was excellent at communicating with me. Tom in finance was very quick and efficient. They helped me get the vehicle I wanted for my budget and got me out of the door quickly. Thank you!
