No haggling!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that this dealership didn’t beat around the bush. I was pretty set on what I was looking for. They had the exact car I wanted at the lowest price compared to other dealers!!

Very friendly dealership

I didn’t purchase my truck here but I’m treated as if I did every time I bring it in for service. Wouldn’t hesitate to make my next vehicle purchase through Ferman in Lutz! Whatever you do stay away from Chrysler Dodge Ram in Lakeland!!

Disrespectful sales manager Joey Soto

We are looking to buy a Dodge Ram 2500. We have been to quite a few dealerships looking. We thought we had found the one and our salesmen, Kevin Manning and Keith Hyde, had been quite delightful. They went to their sales manager, Joey Soto, to work us up a price. Joey began texting me at this point asking how Keith and Kevin had been doing and I had nothing but praises. He worked us up a price and it was exactly the same they had listed on the website. During this time, we went to our banker to acquire the loan. Our banker told us that the price was several thousand high but that he would grant us the loan because of our down payment. I explained this to Joey who replied, “I am not a banker and your banker isn’t in the car business....” I felt this was very unprofessional. He is a representation of this dealership and to be sarcastic and rude when working to purchase a $42,000 vehicle makes me wonder how other issues would be handled here. Buyer beware.
