Poor service

My experience at this dealership has been awful ever since I got my car. My car had a previous owner that used to take it to this dealership so I thought it was only right to continue to take it here. I am aware that my car is older so of course it’s gonna have problems and I’m trying to keep up with maintenance. At a service appointment, I got my break pads fixed or repaired (or whatever the correct term is) because I like to keep up with maintaining my car. When i leave with my car, my car is making noises and violently jerking. I remained calm because I thought that it could be my car just being old. so I take it back to them and I had to pay for a diagnostic for my brakes. Turned out, I had to fix the sway bar links. That was close to $900. I got this fixed with the intentions of the noises and jerking would cease but no, I pulled out the dealership and it still sounded the same and drove the same.so I complained and still, no one helped. I even came up and asked for the manager and they are never there or the service people try to lead me somewhere else. So I finally got it checked again, and now it’s that I have to get new break calibers. That’s an extra $600-$700. Now I’m not naive so I’m pretty sure they could’ve told me about my calibers a long time ago when I paid for the diagnostic. Moral of this story, they made me waste money.

Would not recommend

One of the worst experiences at a dealership I have ever experienced. I world love to give a great review but unfortunately I can not. Ferman has had several chances to make things right but I can not get a call back or anyone to respond. I have call and talked to several different people who say they are going to relay the message but never do. The last phone call the the dealership was the 6th call and message I have left with no response. They did not stand behind the truck that they sold me as there were several things that were broken when I bought the truck with the “Ferman 100” warranty.

I have called Mr. Miller and left two voicemails for him with no response. This is another reason why I will not be returning to this dealership or any Ferman dealership in the future.

Anthony rocks. I love him! He went above and beyond. I had service done on my van which I did not purchase at Furmann. From now on Furmann is my new home...thanks to Anthony....I will tell everyone!!!!!

Friendly service

I went in for an oil change and left with an oil change. No pushy salesman to get more items done. The reviewed with me the upcoming services that were needed and that was it. In and out quick with a smile. Ty

Great service in a busy economy is hard to accomplish

I brought my wife’s 2015 Town & Country in for motor noise and thankfully it was under warranty. This is our only vehicle and with 3 kids and busy schedules we can’t go without it. Kevin in the service department was more than accommodating with a loaner vehicle while the repair was being made. I was called and told a few days later it was ready and decided to have the deluxe detail done as well. Between 3 kids and my wife they can really dirty up a vehicle with sports and just regular use. It was only 3 hours later Kevin called again and said ready to go looks brand new. I was skeptical and already thinking I am not paying $150 for a quick wipe down. I wanted to personally pick it up and inspect it. I am very picky and was blown away. They vehicle ran like new and now looked like new again. Unfortunately Kevin wasn’t there to be thanked so hopefully this makes it to his management. Also the detail staff need to be thanked as well. Every inch was spotless, carpets shampooed, waxed, door jams, etc... Best detail job I have received. Hopefully they don’t leave cause I will be telling people about that service and now bringing our vehicle more often.

Sales person

Dave Baker help me find the vehicle that I needed,and stayed with me through out the sales. When I met Mr. Baker he had asked me if I would like to see nay new vehicles while I waited on the vehicle I was having serviced. I told him that I had considered the Chrysler Pacifica. He asked if I would like to look at one , that he would bring one around for me and I said please. That is why I bought the vehicle.

Third times a charm

I leased a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram sport about a year ago. I have had it back to Ram 3 times for the same significant vibration issue. They fixed it this time but it took 3 times!!!

It was long but well worth it

The salesperson Doug was professional and work with us through the negotiation . Doug is a really great guy and fought to get us a good deal.
