Great Experience

I had an outstanding experience at Ferman during the purchase of my 2019 Dodge Ram. Sheryl Falco, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and beyond patient as I test drove 3 different trucks. She was invested in my satisfaction and wanted to make sure I purchased the right truck/trim level. She always followed up immediately to my questions or concerns. I stopped by the dealership on one of Sheryl’s days off and another sales rep willingly helped me out, even though she knew I was working with Sheryl. She took me out to a Ram that I wanted to see and spent 20 minutes explaining the different features/options on this particular truck. Awesome service! Brian the manager and Tom in finance were also great to work with. I am 100% a fan of this dealership and appreciate the great service I received. Frank Messina

Kevin is excellent to work with

Kevin is very friendly and informative. Kept me updated on the repairs. I did not mark excellent on the repair itself because my son has not really drove the truck to see if it still has problems.

Great experience

Sales rep Gheorghe Donici did a great job of explaining everything on my new lease. Went a couple times to test drive vehicle and was very knowledgeable and patient. I’m very happy with my experience getting my new vehicle

Simple, strsightforward

The process was simple and straightforward. Everyone did what they said they would do. There was no “game playing”, no “gotchas”, no hidddn fees. Questions were answered directly.

Excellent Service

Filippo was my Sales Rep., very attentive. Listened to what I had to say. He walked me through the process and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. He made sure to go over all the feature of the vehicle and accessed whether I was comfortable driving a standard again, even though he got drenched in the rain. Excellent experience! Joy

Great and friendly staff.

Great experience from the time we arrived until the deal was completed.Staff reviewed all of the amenities of the vehicle. Ie Bluetooth, GPS, safety features

New Car!

I needed to buy a new car a lot sooner then I expected too. Having been a Ferman customer before, I knew where I wanted to go. They treated me like family. They knew it was an unexpected choice. They made the process easy and made sure I was happy. It says a lot about a company that treats you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
