I'm often difficult and they put up with me.

They always put their heart and soul into doing a good job. I am not always easy to deal with and they put up with me. Since I have saved so much money on service buying an American car I have them always to a complete detail. My Grand Cherokee is 5 years old now and I still love it. It still runs perfectly and looks perfect. The employees of the service and parts department always do the best they can for their customers. They are all honest and will not give you any B. S. I have never, not once, been pushed into doing something for the car it didn't need.

Very professional

Brian was very helpful I was supposed to go there on Tuesday and I went there on Monday I got my appointments mixed up and he took me anyway

Service experience

I brought my Chrysler in for some routine maintenance. In case I did not have an appointment. Nevertheless, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was able to move on to my next appointment ahead of schedule.

2018 Ram 1500 Safety Recall

I was notified by letter that there was a safety recall for my 2018 Ram 1500, so I scheduled an appointment right away with the Ferman in Lutz. When I arrived, I was greeted by service advisor Brian, who got me in and out in 30 minutes. I love fast service.

Great service

Anthony the service advisor provided great customer service and made sure I was always updated on my vehicle. He even provided a rental car at no charge so I could get around for the weekend, great service and my air works fantastic now.

Service

Service was good and pretty fast, but my only complaint is that the second time I went and they don’t offer to clean the car like most dealerships do. I don’t know if that’s only ferman Jeep lutz or whatever, but that’s my only complaint really.

I have been going to Ferman since I bought my Dodge Avenger in 2013 and have never had a problem with them or their service. I appreciate their expertise when I have questions and give me an honest analysis of whatever I may need done on my car. Everyone is helpful, courteous and the work is done expeditiously.
